Our spacious comfortable home sits on 5 acres of a sunny mesa with beautiful views of the surrounding Sierra crest, foothills, and Carson Valley. It's a great place to relax, play, and cook for families & groups. We have a huge great room and kitchen, comfortable beds, and pool table inside and large front/back lawns & porches for playing & lounging outside. This is a great neighborhood that is within minutes to Heavenly Village and the Stateline, and just a 5 minute walk to El Dorado Beach and Reagan Beach. Just a few minutes away you can walk to a popular wine bar and cafe, breakfast and coffee shops, a market, sandwich shops, antique stores, and much much more. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful weather and welcoming sounds of Tahoe.

Tranquil Tahoe Retreat

Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes. There is hiking, and snowshoeing right from the front door. Our house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Maximum of 2 cars per stay, there is very limited parking. I also have supplied placards to be placed in your car during your stay. VHRP number 16-934
