My family and I had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet. The hosts instructions were spot on and very clear. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. As some other guests mentioned, the loft is much bigger that it looks in the pictures. It has everything we needed (didn't mind doing the dishes by hand), and was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed going to the Barker Cafe which is just a short walk away.

Good location and comfortable place to stay

Blaine’s place is a gem. We stayed in suite 2 which is the upstairs unit. It is 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a separate sitting room as well as a spacious living room. Everything is extremely clean and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped and a supermarket is half a block away. We walked to downtown in about 25 minutes. Driving is 5 minutes. We also appreciated the off-street parking. The bed was very comfortable also. 5 star stay!

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. Was especially impressed at the quick response that ANNA gave every time I texted her. The neighbors upstairs weren’t so bad and the noise is to be expected in that type of a unit on the lower ground. I would stay here again.

Great spot, easy to park, get inside and close to KU and Mass St. Very clean and not cluttered which is important to me. It’s on the second floor above a cafe but quiet. I would stay again.

Great place to Stay at, a lot of restaurants & convenience stores close by, overall good place!

What a great place! My husband’s father is not doing great so we decided to come back to Lawrence, his home town, to visit with him for a full month! The house was absolutely perfect for what we needed…we were super comfy and cozy and felt like we were in our own home all while being close to family. The views of the river are spectacular and being above a coffee shop was definitely an added bonus! The properly manager, Kris, is a class act and tended to every need we had with easy and kindness. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the trains, as others have, but it grows on you and I came to love the sounds! I even started learning the “codes” conductors have and had a good laugh with my husband every day! I can’t recommend this place enough. By far the best in Lawrence!

We would personally prefer a full sized coffee pot and a TV. We understand that a TV was not a listed amenity. It’s just a personal preference. We made due with Netflix on a laptop. It was very kind of LaVonna and Gary to share their horses, welcoming our granddaughter and her parents to visit during our stay.

The place was exactly as pictured and described! Well-appointed kitchen with everything easy to find. Everything was clean and organized. We appreciated having the full dining area, writing desk, and the large entryway and master closets - it was easy to unpack and feel at home in the apartment. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is cozy and beautiful. She even added extra amenities incase you needed which I thought was amazing. Host was very sweet and helpful! We had a flight delay and she was very understanding about it and let us stay a bit longer than expected. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

Dom was wonderful as a host during a difficult time in our lives. The blizzard caused some delays in getting to the apartment and with the loss of my Mom during our stay we had a local place to regroup before heading home. Thank you for the care you gave to us.

Wonderful stay! Apartment was easy to locate and access in a very secure building. Adorable decorations and stocked with everything we needed. Very comfortable!
