Excellent place to stay in Lawrence. Big place for the price with good beds, linens, and comfortable aesthetic. The location is excellent for exploring downtown and visiting with family throughout the city. Would definitely book this place again.

My stay at Fernando’s place was amazing! I hadn’t been back to Lawrence since I graduated college, and this trip was a great way to see my old friends again. The house was awesome and modern, cozy, and designed so well. It had everything I needed and felt really comfortable. The location was perfect. It was private, so I could relax, but it was also close to all the popular spots in Lawrence. I loved how easy it was to get around. Fernando was such a nice host and reminded me how friendly people in Lawrence are. Staying here brought back so many good memories. I would definitely recommend it!

Blaine’s place is a gem. We stayed in suite 2 which is the upstairs unit. It is 1 bedroom and 1 bath with a separate sitting room as well as a spacious living room. Everything is extremely clean and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped and a supermarket is half a block away. We walked to downtown in about 25 minutes. Driving is 5 minutes. We also appreciated the off-street parking. The bed was very comfortable also. 5 star stay!

This is a beautiful home in a charming neighborhood. The apartment is a dream for book lovers and has some interesting local literary memorabilia. It’s closely located to the home where William Burroughs lived the last few years of his life. Burrows Creek trail is also nearby. The apartment is quiet with an expansive back yard. Our hosts were very gracious. We loved it and will definitely come back!

This place was an excellent location and very easy to find and access! I was pleasantly surprised buy the amount of space and the wonderful lighting throughout. It's very walkable to some of the best places in town and lots of great shopping. There's also a bakery very close by that you can walk to in the morning, and a fully functional kitchen! l would stay here again.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Location lacks a conventional oven/stove top so you may have to get crafty with the hot plate. Other than that, it has been a great stay. Ana is very responsive and respectful.

Would definitely recommend to a small family great place and a couple of grocery stores nearby

Kris’s place was a wonderful place to gather with family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The large kitchen and gathering areas on 2 levels allowed us to spread out. The work space overlooking the river was perfect for my husband. We enjoyed all of the light coming in through the numerous windows. We were able to relax on the 2 balconies, walk the trail behind the rental, walk into town for dinner and shopping. One of favorite things was going to the bakery/coffee shop on the ground level or walking across the street for sushi. We honestly did not want to leave! Thanks for the great stay, Kris! The place was exactly as pictured and described! Well-appointed kitchen with everything easy to find. Everything was clean and organized. We appreciated having the full dining area, writing desk, and the large entryway and master closets - it was easy to unpack and feel at home in the apartment. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!

Yendu’s place was perfect for our needs as a couple! She had many amenities & touches to make our stay seamless. Nice large TV and comfortable bed. She was a very kind, responsive and helpful. And even left a personal note for us! Perfect 5 Star ⭐️ stay!

Dom was wonderful as a host during a difficult time in our lives. The blizzard caused some delays in getting to the apartment and with the loss of my Mom during our stay we had a local place to regroup before heading home. Thank you for the care you gave to us.

This was a perfect fit for us during our stay in downtown Lawrence. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The hosts really thought of everything. We were able to walk everywhere of interest from this location. BONUS: The Saturday morning farmers market in the parking lot sent us home with some very tasty snacks.
