Nice clean space! Great for our weekend of traveling for Cheer between KC and Topeka. Nice location close to everything you need. Lawrence is always a great place to visit!

We created our own family weekend at the University of Kansas with our daughter. Our family had a wonderful time.Kris was amazing. Her spot is fantastic Can’t wait to stay here again.

comfortable bed. private room. never even ran into anyone else. I think any guests were respect of each other's privacy. was greatful there were two bathrooms, as there was hardly any waiting.

It was a cozy place to stay while we were in town for Thanksgiving. Tanya was very communicative and friendly. Would recommend!

The space was VERY clean and well decorated, looks just like the pictures Location is close to campus and retail/dining options. I plan to book again with Anna next time I visit!

Great spot right off the strip. Lawrence is a great little town! Very clear instructions on getting in. No issues at all. I do have to say the beds are very firm. Quality mattresses but just very firm. That works for a lot of people but I need a softer bed. Still a 5 star spot just know that if you need a softer bed you should look elsewhere.

This was amazing and i so much fun and everything was described as the photos and 10/10 recommend.

we really enjoyed staying here while helping my cousins son get settled in his new apartment for next year at KU. Great communication and the perfect spot to go walk and shop/eat. would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Kris’s place was a wonderful place to gather with family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The large kitchen and gathering areas on 2 levels allowed us to spread out. The work space overlooking the river was perfect for my husband. We enjoyed all of the light coming in through the numerous windows. We were able to relax on the 2 balconies, walk the trail behind the rental, walk into town for dinner and shopping. One of favorite things was going to the bakery/coffee shop on the ground level or walking across the street for sushi. We honestly did not want to leave! Thanks for the great stay, Kris! Comfortable basement apartment in an idyllic setting. Appreciated being able to bring our cat. Comfortable bed and futon.

Yendu’s place was perfect for our needs as a couple! She had many amenities & touches to make our stay seamless. Nice large TV and comfortable bed. She was a very kind, responsive and helpful. And even left a personal note for us! Perfect 5 Star ⭐️ stay!

great place! walked in to a welcome gift/happy birthday letter & lovely plant! Also had great coffee, snacks and chocolate provided for our stay which was great after a late night at the granada! Thank you, we hope to be back! Hot tub was completely empty, minimal interaction with anyone and terrace was relaxing!

This was a perfect fit for us during our stay in downtown Lawrence. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The hosts really thought of everything. We were able to walk everywhere of interest from this location. BONUS: The Saturday morning farmers market in the parking lot sent us home with some very tasty snacks.
