This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

Very nice house close to many places in veneto. New amenities, with everything you need. Breakfast food was provided and it was amazing, as well as coffee, tea and some beverages. all the house has air conditioning, which was excellent and necessary.. one room has full privacy, the other not quite since it has an open ceiling. would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The complex and the apartment was very well maintained. Quiet location to relax with the kids and just spend a lot of time in the great pool. The proximity to Venice is also great and Fabienne gives great tips for excursions. Communication with Fabienne was also great. Highly recommended.

Fantastic weekend spent in Murano. Giulia was extremely helpful and kind. The suite was clean and a stone's throw from the "Fondamente nove" vaporetto stop. We had a great time in the apartment, equipped with everything. Also excellent is the presence of the Smart TV where we could enjoy a movie in total relaxation in the evening after walking all day. Highly recommended!

Holiday home located in a villa with a garden inhabited upstairs by hosts. Large and very cozy structure consisting of: kitchen located at the entrance equipped with everything you need (including microwave), sleeping area with double bed, TV and air conditioning capable of heating the entire mini apartment, large bathroom with shower and laundry area with sink, electric broom, clothesline and clean and working washing machine. Beatrice gave us the opportunity to check in early for personal needs and, upon our arrival, she made us find a present for our daughter. She was very nice and available throughout our stay. 100% recommended

Super location close to Venice, Noale, and Padua. The yard was fantastic for our two dogs to roam, and the cottage was well equipped for nice relaxing stay. Plenty of heating options were available, and I cannot say enough about Adri and Eugenio's hospitality during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay there again!

Very good apartment just renovated, very spacious, large kitchen with everything you need. 8-10 minutes from the bus stop. About 50 minutes in total from the apartment to the Venice bus station and about 20 minutes to the Mestre train station. About 50-55 min to the airport by bus. Very quiet and peaceful place. Accessible even with large wheeled suitcases

What a fantastic find! We were a group of 5 and there was plenty of space for all of us. The house was absolutely amazing and it was so wonderful to live in a Venetian home with so much history. I opened my windows every morning to a beautiful view of the canals. We were in Venice on a choir trip and all our friends were so jealous when they visited. They were stuck in tiny hotel rooms and paid more than twice what we did! Our key got stuck in the lock and Alice responded immediately which was a great relief. The only drawback was the WiFi- in some areas of the house the connection wasn't good. Easily solved by leaving the doors open or moving to a part of the house where the connection is stronger. The house can get a tad chilly so be sure to bring warm clothes for sleeping. We enjoyed soaking in the tub and enjoying meals together in the spacious kitchen. The place is a short 20+ min walk to the train station and easy to reach from the airport. Thanks for the perfect week in Venice!

Vivienne and Alessio are lovely people. They are very helpful and responsive. The apartment is spotless clean and beautiful. The surrounding is peaceful and picturesque. The apartment is 3 mins walk to the train that takes you within 24 minutes to Venice (and tickets aren’t too expensive). The apartment is outside of Venice but it was what we were looking for. Thank you for hosting us!
