Cottage rentals with a hot tub

West Lodge, Balblair Estate, Highland
The Lodge more than met our needs as a base to explore the northern highlands. The many creature comforts helped to make us feel truly at home. The weather was so kind for the time of year allowing us to make full use of the hottub at the end of long days exploring. Our children couldn't get up early enough to "help" feed the neighbouring Highland Coos. We can't wait to come back next year to see how much they have grown.

The Maltings
We had a lovely mini break for my mum's birthday, the accommodation was perfect. Peaceful and private with a great enclosed garden for my daughters to run around. Inside the accommodation was beautiful, very homely. We will definitely return in the future.

Luxury Riverside Cottage with Hot Tub
Really great place in a stunning location. Light touch from the owner and very comfortable stay and a welcome break from city life. Planning to book again next year if time allows.

Rowan Cottage
Wonderful cottage, roomy, peaceful, and squeaky clean. Beautiful location too - highly recommended.

Gorgeous Rosemarkie Cottage
Beautiful cottage, with absolutely everything you need. Comfy and spotlessly clean. The garden is lovely to look out on from the conservatory when eating. Hot tub in the pretty garden was lovely day or night. Eva was a great host, providing lots of info on checking in etc. The location is really perfect as well, 2 mins walk to the beach, about 30 along the beach to Chanory point, lovely fairy glen walk along burn to beautiful waterfalls. Beach cafe 2mins away and cafe/restaurant Crofters (which you can sit in our takeaway) less than 10. 2 Playparks within a few mins walk as well. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous Family Holiday Home with Hot Tub
We stayed here for a week with our grown children and their partners. Alasdair's cottage was perfect. It immediately felt cosy and comfortable. The games barn was a fun addition, and a great place to store our bikes when not in use. We got the hot tub going and once up to temperature it was easy enough to keep it ticking over for several evenings. The kitchen was well appointed, enough utensils, crockery and pans for us to cook each night. The cottage is next to open fields and farm land with quiet roads that lead to Cublin Forest. This was an amazing place to explore on foot and on bike, especially the peninsula that runs along the Findhorn Estuary and into the sea. Deserted beach and inquisitive seals. We also drove about an hour north to do some hiking at Glenmore in the Cairngorms. After our busy days adventuring it was always great to return to the cottage to relax and sleep soundly in the super size comfortable beds.

Tranquil Cottage a modern 1 bedroom let
Lovely one night stay. The cottage was immaculate. The location was idyllic. The cottage was clean and had everything you'd need. Loved the hot tub.. im sure we'll be back. Thank you đ

Cosy cottage in Cairngorms with hot tub and sauna
We had a beautiful home from home stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was perfect and an ideal set up for our toddler too. The garden was wonderful to explore and it was ideal to have the woodland paths right on our front door step. The hot tub on the bedroom patio was a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing. The cottage had everything we could have wanted and a well set up kitchen. Lots of do in the local area and an evening spent by the open fire was the perfect was to end the day. Laura was a really attentive host, accommodating our extra requests and meeting us at the property - thanks for a lovely stay we would absolutely love to come back.

Aviemore Struan Cottage. âLicence No. HI-70064-Fâ
We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Maureen's House. The house is beautiful with lots of amenities and was spotlessly clean. It is also in a very peaceful location, close to all that Aviemore has to offer. The house has a lovely big garden, my little boys loved running about the grass in the sunshine. Maureen was a very friendly host who responded to messages promptly. I would highly recommend this listing and would definitely like to stay here again if was visiting the area.

Cosy fisherman cottage in seaside village
We had a brilliant 4 day break at this lovely wee cottage. There was absolutely everything we needed for our stay and we loved all the extra wee decorative touches Brett has added too. We were blessed with sun every day and breakfast in the cute wee garden was a great way to start each day. Loved that we were 1 minutes walk from the beach and did a lot of exploring along this beautiful part of the coast. We even did a bit of body boarding in the sea too!! Would definitely stay again.

Highland Hobo - Cosy two Bed, detached Cottage.
We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous renovated cottage. We loved the decor and feel of the cottage, it was so cosy and comfortable and we loved having the indoor fire. Everything was just perfect. The owners are lovely and helped with everything we needed. Cute towns nearby to explore so it made for a perfect couple of nights on our travels.

118 Seatown, Cullen
Absolutely lovely cottage. Judi was extremely helpful and responded so quickly. Absolutely amazing shower and the location is gorgeous!

Loch Ness village cottage for 2
Gorgeous well located cottage, opposite the Lochness hub (info centre) & bang in the middle of the village next to the green. Kate is a lovely responsive host, who adds a personal touch. It was the first time a host left dog treats, tennis ball, blankets & bowls for our dog too, which was so lovely. The cottage is well equipped, charming, with lovely decor. Garden to right is an absolute sun-trap, we could sit out in T-shirts in April with a beer. We spent most of our days hiking 13k+, first we did from the cottage, second drove to Glen Affric. We had a beautiful take out from the Chinese & brought back pizza from the Italian. The Fiddlerâs wonât allow dogs in, you must sit outside so we only did lunch there, but one night we had a lovely meal (booked ahead) at the Lockness inn 15 min walk away. If weâd been back from hiking sooner the cafe on the green would have been a good option too, it serves beer & has a nice garden. You wonât regret booking this gem, Thanks Kate :)

Blingery Cottage
We loved our stay. Tucked away in your own little corner of a working farm with only sheep and highland cattle for neighbours. What's not to love?

NC500 Cosy Cottage in the Highlands
Had a warm and cosy stay at the cottage, which was lovely and clean, and in a stunning area. Plenty of parking space. Plenty of wood given to last the week. Neighbours friendly. We were worried about the road being so close once we got there, but with the cottage being low in the hillside, the sound of the road traffic went over the roof, so it was nice and peaceful. A really lovely village and highly recommend the tearoom at Elphin for food and drinks. We even got to see the northern lights and lots of shooting stars! A great stay!

Corgi Cottage license no. MO-00096-F
It was delightful to stay at Liz's place. 3 cottages from the beautiful Lossiemouth Beaches and Sanddunes and a wee walk to Ashers bakery, the Pharmacy and Beachside street of restaurants, pubs and ice cream/Cafe and Sweet shops. The cottage is tiny, comfy, well equipped and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay here very much! Thank you Liz!

A touch of Luxury by the Sea
Great stay in a beautiful cottage, so well equipped and very comfortable in a quiet area. Lovely place so close to the beach my grandson loved it as well. Recommend the Cullen Skink soup at Lilyâs Cafe, very tasty

Courtyard Cottage 3, Riverside Cottage
Plain and simple, this was THE best air bânâb we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

Nanas Cottage - Brand new luxury 1 bedroom Cottage
Findhorn is a beautiful place to stay. And in Davidâs house we felt right away at home. Especially the fire place was the best I have experienced so far. Easy to light up without fire starters just newspaper and the fire place develops very quickly a cozy warmth. The bathroom is well done. We loved the shower and our 8months old kid loved it as well. The kitchen had everything we needed so for one week you can enjoy nature, watch wild animals and birds, stay at the beach or enjoy walks in nearby pine forests. The next Lidl is not far as well and Forres as a city is very pleasant to walk and enjoy coffee. So we would love to come back soon

Old Manse Cottage
The Old Manse Cottage has the best of both worlds. The quiet & privacy of the country while being an easy drive to all the sites in the Inverness region. Abby was very helpful and responsive. We were very comfortable there and would definitely recommend it!

Lovely lochside cottage at Rhiconich on the NC500
This is a lovely place to stay. It is s well equipped house with comfortable and spacious rooms, and a stunning view down the loch. Although very close to the NC 500 route it was very peaceful. Jenny was an attentive host who added some lovely personal details like fresh flowers as well as keeping in touch to see if we needed anything.

Coulview Cottage
Had a great stay in such a beautiful spot. What views from the kitchen window. House and garden grounds were great for the two dogs and the grassed enclosure was perfect. Everything we needed including an outside den. Beach minutes walk away. Loved our stay.

Sawmill Cottage, set in woodland by the River Spey
We enjoyed every moment of the stay, what a great way to wake up and watch the squirrels feed and play. The unit is everything we expected.

Burnside & Jock's Cottage on Blarich Estate
Had a lovely weekend with the family, all thirteen of us, not forgetting the dogs. Will try and return next summer.
