Vacation rentals with a pool in Donji Stoliv

It was our first stay in Montenegro and Jas and Rosa made it an unforgettable memory. Both were very helpful and made us feel quickly at home. The house and location are beautiful . Jas gave us many tips and was always available for questions. A heartfelt thank you also to dear Rosa . I can only recommend this accommodation. We will definitely come back

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Jelena and her family were incredible hosts, the house was spotlessly clean, the pool and view were magnificent. Definitely a house to be preferred on every trip. The location is great, all the historical cities are at your feet.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

Lidija and Milo were wonderful hosts that were always happy to help us with anything we needed. We were amazed by their hospitality. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful considering the view from the terrace. Milo even offered to prepare our fish on his barbecue so we had a lovely evening with the hosts on our last day. The house is located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood but in walking distance to everything that needs to be seen jn Herceg Novi. Prepare to walk up steep hills if you are without a car like us.

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

A beautiful enormous property fit 2 families (8) perfectly! The photos don’t do it justice. Ivana and owner amazing nothing too much trouble definitely would recommend.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. Thank you Niksa for all your kindness.

Sanja was a very friendly host who was ready to answer our questions. The place itself is lovely, lots of space and the pool is a nice addition!

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

My two children and I stayed at Meltem’s apartment for a week, as part of a 3-week holiday visiting Montenegro. The apartment was perfect for us, comfortable, modern and clean. It had everything we needed including a washing machine which was very handy as we had already been travelling for ten days. The apartment has a big balcony and the most amazing view of Boka Bay, you would never get bored of it! I saw the most amazing sunset I’ve ever seen in my life whilst I was there. It’s a short walk down a steep hill to the sea where we went every day, we also walked into Kotor which took us around an hour. The restaurants and cafes in Dobrota are nice too, some pricier than others. We also hired a SUP board and a kayak from a lady nearby. My kids had great fun in the sea on these. The supermarket is about 10 minute walk, it was very busy but there is also a super bakery opposite and a fresh fruit market. Meltem was a great host, always friendly and very responsive to messages. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. The space is impeccable. The pool surpassed our expectations and made our stay very enjoyable! There is also access to the beach, good restaurants and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away! We'll be happy to go back!

This airbnb was perfect. We were met a the bus station by Mira and immediately felt her genuine concern for our happiness. The apartment has everything a family could want and we hated to leave after our month there. From the beautiful sunsets to the crystal clean pool everyday was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could need and the AC was exceptional. We were even given a ride to the bus station for our departure. Tivat and Gorianas place are the perfect combination for an incredibly wonderful vacation and we will hold our time there in our hearts forever.

Staying at this apartment was one of the best experiences I’ve had on Airbnb! The location was perfect, close to everything you could need, and the apartment itself had everything to make you feel right at home. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The host, Ana, was absolutely wonderful – so sweet, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly felt like we were staying in a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montenegro!
