Great villa, worth experiencing! The villa is spacious, luxurious with 7 bedrooms, extremely suitable for families or groups of friends. I was impressed with the private swimming pool, cool garden, BBQ area, karaoke room and billiard table. Modern interior, fully equipped. Ideal space to relax and organize intimate parties. Will definitely come back!

The location is close to the high-tech area, which is great for you guys working nearby. Clean and new homes. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

Our whole family loves this apartment. It’s brand new and clean, with large supermarkets within walking distance. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s perfect for us since we just want to enjoy a quiet life here for a while. Tu has been very helpful every time; he’s great and can communicate in English. Staying here even makes me want to buy this apartment. We hope to stay here again next time!

Overall, it’s a great location in D2. If someone wants to explore tourist locations, note that most are a 30-minute ride away. Lin's Place offers access to excellent local amenities, perfect for expats.

This was one of the if not the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at and I can highly recommend staying there. It’s located in a beautiful area perfect to wind down after a long day in the hectic city and a beautiful studio apartment where you’ll feel right at home. I would’ve loved to stay longer. Zoey has been a great host, going above and beyond and helping me out with any issue I might have. The host (Huy aka Robert) was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was as advertised. Beautiful view from the 20th floor of the building. The apartment was very well-equipped so i didn’t need to buy much else. There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby so not a problem if you don’t like cooking your own food.

Great stay! me and my wife would love to book at Jennie's place again when we go back to HCMC. Everything's remarkable and almost all of the things that you might need are provided. The cleaning tools are also superb!

Had a great week here, so many shops and restaurant close, clean and safe area, definitely recommended! :) Whenever I needed help, I got a reply within minutes. Tip: Ask host for transport!

This room is private and quiet.I can cook things and swimming.If you want to take a walk, that's ok.There is a small shop downstairs to sell things.This place is a little far from the city center.Will be back.
