I had a comfortable stay. The apartment had all the amenities along with a washer and dryer which made it convenient. Easy check in and check out process.

Great location if you’re looking to be close to the hustle and bustle but not completely in the thick of it. Apartment was clean and check in/out was a breeze.

We had requested Chi to allot us a particular apartment and that’s exactly what she did! Her apartment was clean and exactly like the pictures! It is located outside Old Quarter but situated in Central Hanoi and so is super convenient! Supermarkets and a mall is in the next building, and a great departmental store (Lotte) is across the road. There are some great restaurants in the area and since it’s so centrally located (and next to the UN office) it’s a very safe neighbourhood! Felt at home! Thank you Chi!

The accommodation was clean and nice:) It was located on a high floor, so the night view was good. The accessibility was also good. They responded quickly to my needs. It was nice to be able to rest comfortably.

This is my first trip to Vietnam. Nam could not have been more hospitable or helpful. 5 star service and if you’re looking for a place to set up base camp to explore Vietnam everything you need is on the same block. Highly recommend.

There are elders in the house very suitable for family travel, there is an elevator, four-week snacks a lot of big push👍👍👍

Nhung was a very responsive and responsible host! She helped us with making the transport arrangements and helped to liaise with the drivers throughout. She also had great local recommendations on coffee places! In the day, her place is right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are many hidden gems around the streets so do explore the area on foot. In the evening, the streets vendors are gone and the shops are closed. It felt peaceful and you could wind down on the walk in. On the weekends, the night market is just right around the corner.

Great place to stay . Well located with coffee shops and restaurants around. Hanoi coffee shop has great atmosphere and is walking distance from our place .

Cozy and ideal for short staycation

The house was very beautiful and very peaceful. Great deal for 4 people. All things are arranged so nicely that you feel like home. Host is also super responsive and always available to help. I recommend you stay here when in Hanoi.

Conveniently located nearby on Japan Street, many restaurants.And there is a supermarket downstairs, and it is also convenient for shopping to cook your own meals.

Nam was a great host and very accommodating! Seems like everything we needed was at the house and when we needed something Nam was there to help us out right away! Location is perfect for what we needed and the mall next to the apartment was an added bonus. Highly recommend Nam and his house for your next visit to HaNoi! We went with a group of 6 people and the apartment was spacious for everyone.
