Very Quiet Neighborhood. Friendly welcome. Easy to maintain house. Terrace and garden access very easy if you have a dog. Not overlooked. Good bedding. Small supermarket 5 minutes by car and accommodation close to La Rochelle.

We had a very enjoyable stay. House is very cozy, spacious and in very good condition. Large garden and short walk to the beach. Thank you to Isabelle for the good communication.

We have a wonderful holiday in Daniel's beautiful home. The house was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was large with a very, very nice shower. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog, and the wifi was extremely fast and stable, which was perfect for my husband who was working remotely. It was easy to cast to the smart tv as well. Daniel was very professional and friendly, and we really appreciated his proactive communication. He responded to our messages almost instantly and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely stay with Daniel again, and we highly recommend his home. We couldn't have been happier :)

Really very pleasant family stay in this adorable and beautiful house! Everyone had their privacy. Large garden where we were able to play ping pong, do an egg hunt, rest, eat on the terrace... No overlook. Ample car car car. Thank you for hosting Jean-Christophe who kindly arranged us for the check-in time, who was responsive to messages. Our stay at Marie Reine's went very well. Her apartment is very well arranged in decor and equipment. Very comfortable for us, free parking nearby in winter. Well located near the city center of St Martin en Ré. I recommend it.

Easy to access and ideally located to visit La Rochelle peacefully, everything is done on foot and it's pleasant. The accommodation is well equipped with dishes as well as linens and has a pleasant balcony in the morning for breakfast. The little plus is the pool, all together to have a good stay. Good communication with Philippe who is responsive. We enjoyed our stay in La Rochelle, and we'll be back soon.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

Ideal stay to recharge and enjoy a beautiful countryside in a beautiful environment in the middle of nature. The location of the cottage allows quick access to sites to visit in the area. Children's paradise between the pool and green spaces. The little extra, bikes available for the whole family.

Brilliant, modern, clean, close to La Rochelle/ Isle de Re - Local area has good shops and restaurants, 5 mins drive to Big SuperU - 10 mins walk to the seaside and a lovely beach walk - head for La Plomb great if you want amazing fresh seafood. Back to the House, amazing swimming pool, heated and in an excellent sun-trap area, shower was V. hot and powerful, beds are excellent, lovely and dark at night - so much room everywhere - Kitchen has everything you need with a super fridge and easy to use oven. Media all excellent (two lounges and two TV's) and Netflix available. Very secure, Verisure Alarm system fitted and easy to use. Visit Isle de Re, The Bunker Museum, Aquarium, Cognac Tasting at Chateau de la Peraudiere (20 mins drive) Fantastic Tour. 2 Hour Walking Tour of La Rochelle - Super...an excellent holiday

This house is beautiful, the owners have paid attention to detail which shows in the decor and quality furnishings. It's fully equipped which made everything perfect for our stay. You're in the centre of town but it still feels peaceful and private. The garden is lovely with plenty of seating and of course the large pool. There is use of the garage but we always found space on the street outside. Great place to explore the Marais Poitivin or go to the coast. The town has a lot of restaurants, and a lovely cathedral and public gardens. A 5 star stay we won't forget!

Great stay in Gaelle's cozy house where you can feel so good. Peace and serenity while being within walking distance to the port and market. The house is very well equipped and functional, with the charm of beautiful stones and wood. This is our second stay at Gaelle's and we'll be back with pleasure.

Nathalie is very welcoming, the garden was great for our dogs,the only small downside but nothing bad ,( it's me who should have asked) but there is no salt,no dish soap,no towel,no sponge or hand soap so I had to go back and do the shopping ,if it can be used for the next ones 😉 otherwise the walks by the sea were very nice and the area is very quiet

The home is lovely. We stayed there for one night and it was perfect. The rooms are spacious and the house is large, which is nice when there are several of us. Cleanliness at the appointment. In addition, the exchanges with Aurélien were pleasant! I would highly recommend it!
