The Unit is located in 17. Listopadu street, which is part of the large housing estate. The windows of the living room and bedroom are facing the park. The parking for the car is always available in front of the block of flats. The unit is close to ŠKODA plant – 11 GATE is in walking distance. The unit is on the 7th floor of the block of flats with elevator. The whole unit is heated by central heating. All windows has el. windows blinds.
