can't fault the host or their property. immaculately presented, very large rooms, well stocked with basics, beautifully decorated and nicely located. very responsive hosts that go above and beyond, we have stayed In any Airbnb properties but this is easily the best property so far. we will definitely be staying again when Barmouth is on our visit list.

A cosy stay in a tranquil idyll. The Farmhouse is a lovely quiet nook in a beautiful part of the countryside. Our host, Jennie, was very attentive providing a very lovely welcome package and giving us peace and privacy throughout our stay. The cottage was super clean with comfortable beds and we were able to make great use of the whole house. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book again.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I came on a trip with my son, just the two of us, while my husband took our other son away. We came to climb Snowdon (fantastic walk) and visit Zip World (which I highly recommend too). Ceri's place is the perfect location, just approx 20mins drive from Zip World and 15mins drive from Pen Y Pass car park - so brilliant spot. The house is superbly set up, there was not one thing we wanted for: from oodles of hot water and large thick fluffy white towels to tin foil, spices and teas and coffees. They have thought of everything! The bedrooms have gorgeously cosy duvets and great storage. There is no problem parking as there is on street parking but if that's busy there is a permit you can use for a spot just down the road. I think this place is brilliant and have already recommended it to friends. We really hope to come back another time. Thanks for making our mother&son trip so comfortable and special.

We spent a very enjoyable 3 night family gathering weekend at Upper Sign. Beautiful walking in the Elan valley and we enjoyed coming back to the hot tub to relax. Comfortable, warm and clean accommodations with a large dining table/room which was big enough for our group of 8 adults and a 2 year old. Our host very kindly also forwarded a forgotten item. Would return!

Great stay for a family of 4 and furry family. 2 secure areas for the dogs. The cottage was cosy and had everything in we needed. Caroline is a brilliant host, check in was smooth and provided all the information we needed. If we come back to Snowdonia, we would definitely look to book again.

What a lovely place! Very quiet and tranquil. Parking is easy with a dedicated spot outside. Full equipped kitchen, bathroom and comfortable living room. Beds were very cosy.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is perfectly located and within minutes of the nearest beach in Criccieth. The high street and promenade are also extremely close and made all of the lovely parts of the town very accessible. Ann was very friendly and happy to help. The place was well looked after and cared for.

Massive thanks to Richard and his wife for creating such a warm, inviting and well-stocked space for us for the week! The house itself was spacious and comfortable with all the mod cons you could hope for. It was also quiet and private, something that you won’t get in most hotels and B&Bs. The view, from the master bedroom and back garden, was stunning… we could have sat all day and watched the sheep! My wife, son and I really enjoyed our stay and we definitely plan on visiting again. We had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear the host had thought of every detail to make our visit comfortable and memorable. The thoughtful welcome gift of a bottle of prosecco and popcorn set the tone for an incredible experience, especially when enjoyed in the incredible cinema room. The surround sound was top-notch, the seating super cozy, and it was spotless—truly a private movie theater experience right at our fingertips. Throughout our stay, every comfort had been anticipated. The host even checked in with us on the day of checkout, which was a wonderful touch and showed their genuine care for making sure all our needs were met (and then some!). The cottage was like stepping into a scene from The Holiday—charmingly rustic with a cozy vibe, but with all the modern touches that made it so comfortable. The bathroom was pristine, and the kitchen was a dream for any foodie! There was every appliance you could think of, including an air frye

A great base, right by the sea, on the coastal path. Everything you need if you want to self cater and also plenty of places to eat in town as well. We were mainly out walking and found the buses good for sections of coastal path.

Perfect and comfortable accommodation. Needed nothing at all. Maria couldn’t do more for us and equally the pub downstairs is the most welcoming in Wales, even for a group of Essex lads. Will be back in the spring for sure. Thank you so much

Really enjoyed our stay! Everything that we needed was provided down to the small details of hot water bottles! We loved the picturesque views which were particularly impressive with the dusting of snow. It was a great base to explore Snowdonia and Chris was extremely helpful in giving us local advice. The apartment was wonderfully cosy with everything I could possibly need for my stay and more. It was a great base for exploring with some beautiful walks on the doorstep, but also a lovely place to come back to and spend time in. Sue and Pete are amazing hosts and so generous with not just their time but also all the little extras they provide. I would love to stay here again!

this was the perfect place for me and my little lady to stay for our quick trip to Llangollen!! it was super cozy, right in the center of town, but down a side street so it was super quiet and private. all info was provided beforehand so it was super smooth sailing! I used one of the recommended parking lots and it only cost a few quid for the full time! beautiful little town which is certainly worth visiting!

We were really happy with the airbnb. The hosts were really friendly. It was cosy and very clean and a lot of thought had gone into providing bread, milk and eggs for our stay. One of the best stocked airbnbs we'd stayed in.

Heidi’s places was lovely - would highly recommended. Me and my friends had a lovely weekend, property was just as described, nice and clean with the perfect view. Would happily stay here again, heidi is an excellent host!xxx

Beautiful spot right next to the river overlooking the steam railway. Can walk to some beautiful spots along the canal. Super clean with everything you need. Comfy bed and good shower. Thanks for leaving us lots of breakfast options too.

Lovely one night stay. Honestly I wish we had booked longer. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, had everything we needed and more. Beds all comfortable. We stayed with our 4 month old puppy who was made to feel more than welcome and there was plenty of room for us all, 2 teenagers and a child all had their own space, didn’t feel on top of each other. Could have quite happily spent longer. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Katy.
