What a wonderful family vacation the 5 of us had at Stefano's 14th century fully restored apartment. Modernized with all that you would need but still felt like you walked back in time. We spent 2 nights and the second night we took Stefano up on his offer to teach/cook with us in the apartment. A roaring fire, music, lots of wine and the 5 of us learned how to make homemade ravioli. Stefano supplied everything and it was such a fun and enjoyable evening and the food was AMAZING. The pastry/coffee shop was directly across from the front door so it made mornings very easy. We ended up arriving late because we wanted to see a few towns on our way and Stefano was so accommodating. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths gave our family of 5 (3 adult kids) plenty of space. There was a small garden but our weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to use it. Arezzo is a slower pace than some of the other towns we visited but that's what we loved about it. Book it now!

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach is downstairs! No danger, easy with kids. A beautiful terrace and a beautiful garden. It's really a nice environment. Warning for those who want to sleep… a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but it's the price to pay for having such a beautiful house) bring earplugs, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning, there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

A highly recommended AirBnB destination in Pesaro, Italy! This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers a safe, secure sanctuary in a great location with easy walking access to the marina, the historical centre, tourist sights, shopping and services. The hosts were always easily accessible and available to assist with any requirement. We only wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed the view for longer!

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

Nice apartment in a very good position. Close to the beach, on the street full of trees and shops, but in a calm area. Great benefit is a big terrace with you private space. Francesco is a great and welcome host. He provided us with a tips for walks, restautants, shops... He introduced us the rules, everything great prepared a sent details by phone. We had about 3 extra requests to solve and he was always kind and ready to fulfill our wish.

Stunning Marche hillside home

Simon's house and the views from it were amazing! The house was very nicely renovated and, since there were 3 of us staying, we appreciated having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we prepared dinner there several times. We have stayed near Cagli before and so are familiar with the area, and the location of the house allowed us to easily take day trips to Urbino, Gubbio and up into the mountains all the way almost to the top of Monte Catria. We loved our stay at Simon's house and would happily return again the next time we are in the Cagli area.

Antonio and David great guys! They helped and accommodated any request. Both working at the hosting hotel that manages the apartment. They moved the car when needed and provided detailed information. Place is big close to all amenities restaurants and store and main resorts! Thank you!

We had a very nice holiday thanks to Lorena. The location of the apartment is perfect: both close to the beach and close to the city. We felt very comfortable with the enclosed parking space. The apartment was very clean and well thought out. Absolutely recommended.

A nice little house all to ourselves in the middle of a green lawn full of daisies. The room is a small bathroom with a bathtub on the upper floor, the glass floor is very special and harmonizes well with the rest of the house. Kitchen with induction hob, complete with all the necessary accessories. Cozy bathroom. Large living room. Outside there is a coffee table where you can have breakfast and some armchairs to relax in the evening. Nothing to say, we had a great time, Enrico welcomed us warmly, like old friends, and also gave us some eggs from his beautiful gallinelle who came to visit us at the window! Highly recommended, we'll be back.
