Vacation rentals with a patio in Dodecanese Islands

Fantastic place with a wonderful host, super helpful and friendly! Also, great view over the kite spot!

Matt already welcomed us to Greece even before we got to his appartment and sent us infos and directions. We felt very welcome and the welcome package as well as all the infos he gave us about the area and events happening in town were great and we had an amazing time in Gennadi. Also everything was totally clean and the appartment is well equipped and we really enjoyed the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay on the island. If you don’t like crowds and touristy areas, this place is perfect. I recommend you get a rental car. Taxi and Uber is expensive and there are virtually no sidewalks, so don’t recommend walking. There are excellent restaurants in the area and lots of places to pick up souvenirs. The people are friendly and helpful. Our hosts were super helpful before and during our stay. FYI, the hot tub is more of a warm tub

The host is really friendly and helpful, I highly recommend the area that is perfect being in the middle of the main towns. Also highly recommended for the restaurants around and the host's own restaurant.

Since we booked Andrea was very helpful, she booked us the taxi from the port and recommended where to rent the scooter. As soon as you arrived, the welcome was fantastic. A donkey came to our rescue to transport our suitcases and in the beautiful apartment, very nice and clean, we found the fruit from their garden and a great limoncello. This is the Greece we like. Thank you Andrea for this beautiful experience.

We stayed at Dimitrios' house in Kos for 5 nights. Location is close to supermarket etc. We had rented a car, but it was walkable to the city center and the beach. It is very clean and needs are taken into consideration. Dimitrios solves problems quickly. I recommend.

We stayed in Thanos's apartment for two weeks and were very impressed by the order and cleanliness of the house. We had everything we needed, we didn't miss anything. The neighbors were very nice and very kind. This has also been very impressed with us. The village is nice and very close to the beach for windsurfing (a few minutes by car). We stayed from mid-October to November and only one day there was no wind, but moving by car already at about an hour the beaches became calm and warm. Great experience

Ebru was very communicative during our stay. We unfortunately had to leave a couple of days early due to airline changes. The unit was very clean and had a spectacular view of the harbour. The main town was about a 10 to 15 min walk. Our only complaint was the beds were a little hard to our liking but not Ebru’s fault. The rest of our stay was comfortable.

Mr. Onur's father, Mr. Mehmet, did not spare his support when I needed grocery shopping. Since the house is in a gated community outside the center, it will definitely be more comfortable to drive. They responded quickly to all my needs, thank you so much

Yasemin was an amazing host. She was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The villa was lovely and new, clean and very well designed. The swimming pool was great too. We had a lovely few days and would definitely recommend staying here.

it's a great place where the stars at night look incredible. Gabriela is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is spotless I'm looking forward to be back and I highly recommend this place

Verolucy is the best host! She was very helpful and thorough with instructions and she also gives a lot of great local recommendations! Her place is beautiful, comfortable and luxurious! We loved the jacuzzi and the courtyard is a great place to relax. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom had all the amenities. There were nice touches all over the place. It was nice having a washer there to do a load of laundry. This place really made our vacation so comfortable - we would love to stay again!

Mr. Serhat and Ms. Duygu were very friendly people, there was everything we needed in the house, and you need to go to the center by car, because there is a steep slope where the house is, and the house is 10 minutes by car to the center. Highly recommend.

Marianthi’s place was amazing! I think probably one of best places in Agios Nikolaos. The place was cozy and as soon as we got there we felt right at home. Her place was super clean, exactly like the pictures and more. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main part of town. The views from the deck are breathtaking, something I’ll never forget. Loved the cookies and bottled water when we arrived. Highly recommend staying at Marianthi’s place. And I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Very good standard and a quiet place a little outside the crowded tourist places. Maybe a little difficult to get to different places, busses was not comfortable and it was almost impossible to get a taxi. All in all ok, the beach was a 20 min walk from the apartment were you also have some restaurants.

This is a great apartment, centrally located and really useful amenities such as the washing machine. The roof terrace is a great sun trap with views to the sea. It's shared with the other holiday apartment but this posed no problem for us and we found it available to use when we wanted. Nikos's parents brought us home made pastries on two mornings. We'd recommend eating out at Scala and Scirocco, but loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The two local beaches were close by. A great apartment and we'd strongly recommend it.

We booked Maja's beach studio for a week of climbing. it is ideally situated, with a great view over the beach and next to small shop. It was easy to get to, and the interior is cutely decorated, and sitting out the front or back for breakfast was delightful with all the cat visitors. The home has plenty space to store all climbing gear while leaving the living space clear. While there is not fixed kitchen there is a hot plate and toasty grill which allowed us to make breakfast porridge, cook pasta for dinner and make toasties. Maja was very helpful, kind and friendly, while proactively helping us with activities, advice and provided blankets when the temperature dropped. We would love to stay with here again.

Had a great stay at this property. Photos don’t do the property justice!! Property had everything you could ever need. Georgios was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

Eleftherios was very helpful during our stay. Especially when I asked for advice on what to do in Rhodes, I received quick and excellent recommendations. The apartment was clean, and whenever we needed something, he responded promptly. You can stay here with peace of mind. I stayed for 2 weeks, and I am very happy with my experience!

We had a fab few days at Karen’s place with beautiful views of Turunc bay. There were 7 of us and we felt there was just enough space, rooms and bathrooms to accommodate us all. The free shuttle from Loryma to the beach and town was very useful. It doesn’t run all day so a bit of pre-planning is needed around the timings. The resort has enough on site facilities such as games room, gym and pool to stay busy on-site. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated so can feel chilly quickly, but it is clean, well kept and a good size for swimming lengths and casual swimming.

From start to finish this place was brilliant. The communication by the host was brilliant and was always happy to help when they could. The apartment was lovely and exactly as described and pictures, everything you needed was provided and we didn’t have any issues with anything. They offered a cleaning service mid stay which was brilliant as we were given fresh towels etc for the rest of our stay. The location is superb as everything you need is in walking distance. It was also a very quiet location. I would definately recommend this place to anybody wanting to visit the island I have already thought about my return to this beautiful place as me and my partner felt at home.
