It is a place with centuries-old olive trees in its garden, surrounded by the inner and outer stone nature from the village house close to Derya, far from the world. I believe that those who seek comfort in a big city, resort or hotel will not be happy, but rather those who want rest and serenity will be very happy. Don't come to those who are afraid of spiders, ants, etc. because let us know that we occupy their place. Note: In the conditions of our country, we have now made wood unfortunately with a fee during the winter season.

Welcome to our Cozy Cottage! This was literally a cave close to the sea, that was used for many years before, by our ancestors, as a cottage for wheat and wine. We rebuilt it, renovated it with lots of love and personal work and ... here it is for you to enjoy it! It is located just one minute walk above Pori beach, in between Fira and Oia so, ideal for a nice swim at the sea just any time you want! The kitchen is fully equipped and the double bed in the semi cave wins the gold medal :-)

Iosif's hospitality is world class. Just do yourself a favor and book this place right now. We went in spring and there were beautiful wildflowers, seasonal fruits, and an absolutely stunning view. The home has been incredibly thoughtfully restored and there are little details throughout the property that reward a careful observer. If you want an authentic experience, this is the place.

The best Airbnb host I've ever booked with. Loukia was so friendly and accommodating from the time we booked to our check out. She was always available to answer questions and offered to book transfers or excursions for us if we wanted. The place itself is set up really cute and looks exactly as advertised! We had to make sure to open some windows when we showered, otherwise it would quickly get humid because of the cave structure. Overall, great find, would recommend!

Ioannis was very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. Flexible with early check ins and was very friendly! Property is gated and private and close walking distance from nearby tavernas and beaches. A nice and quiet get away that’s well worth the price. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises right in front of your bed.
