Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We’ve stayed as a family of 4 and our dog in Alen’s house. The house itself and Puntera are very cozy and peaceful. You will find everything that you need in the house - great kitchen and bathrooms, own backyard with parking place. And since we were on a car, the location worked perfectly for us. It’s quite close to everything and felt very comfortable on return after all-day driving through Istria beaches and surroundings. Alen and Manuela are very friendly, give us recommendations and advise things when we’ve asked for. All in all it’s a great place to stay for a family and I would definitely love to return again.

Our family stayed at the villa for 5 nights. Marina and her husband met us at the villa after we had checked in and we sat down with them so they could share some useful recommendations of the local area, what there is to see, where to go etc. They are both very friendly and accommodating people. They had prepared a cot and high chair for our baby which was ideal. The villa is perfect and really does look like the photos! the outdoor space was excellent and allowed us to have all our meals outside on the terrace, looking over the pool. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location for us as it was approx 20-30mins by car to get to the areas we wanted to visit. We followed their recommendation for wine tasting and it was a highlight of our trip. We hope to be back, as we were really sad to leave this place.

We had a really nice holiday week ! The house sits very quietly in the countryside on the edge of the forest with clean pool and practical chic furnishings. Labin is less than 10 minutes by car. It is possible to hike or cycle away from the house. Thomas is super nice and helpful ! We would definitely stay there again!!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

As a larger group, we were allowed to stay with Ivan for about two weeks and felt very comfortable. House, pool and outside area corresponded to the pictures, the view of Labin (especially in the evening) is magnificent. The house is quiet. Idyllic beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Ivan gave us tips on beaches, events and restaurants during our stay and even cooked for us once. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful place! Swim SPA was amazing :)

We booked this apartment on the way from Split to Zagreb. The purpose was mainly functional: to have a night along the road with the beautiful surroundings and good rest. The host was very responsive, check-in/out were easy. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the islands. If you feel like cooking, all you need is available. If not, there is a good restaurant next doors with good prices. The place was very clean. Senj is quite windy place, so don't get scared by the noise from the wind in the night.

Alens place was lovely and very clean. We found the steep winding roads and sharp turns a bit of a challenge. She was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would have liked to be a little closer to restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

Thanks to Ivo for being a great host, very helpful, always very prompt in responding to questions, made it easy for us to arrive and stay. The apartment was immaculate, well furnished and smart. We enjoyed the balcony terrace, beds were very comfortable, showers and bathrooms great, sitting area very comfy with big wide screen TV, Wi-Fi reliable and fast. Safe neighbourhood, good shop 200m away, close to the city centre and Bay Area. If you are looking for a stay in Pula, I can recommend staying at Ivo’s apartment..

Nice small house with a huge fireplace. A little bit to close to road so You can hear it all night.

Very comfortable little place, great interior design with local flare, fantastic location as far as feeling part of the waterfront social scene. Sunsets were beatuiful, parking is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment (free in the winter). Finding out that the location had some historical significance to location was a bonus.

Everything went well with Aleks, he was helpful by telling us where to find everything. It is a nice flat with a great view.

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Excellent stay at the villa. Despite poor weather, we were able to make good use of the many possibilities on the property. Football, volleyball, table tennis, foosball, pool and for our rainy days the covered outdoor area with fire/barbecue area was optimal. Communication was easy and all questions were answered quickly and quickly. Our later check-in was also easily made possible. You need €400 in cash for the deposit. Minor damage, like broken glasses, but will not be deducted.

At Villa Maya, we (three of us and with our dog) spent almost a week and did not want to leave. Villa is in a very quiet area and is perfect if you are looking for peace and rest. Nevertheless, the city of Krk can be reached quickly by car. Good shopping is about 4 km away. The villa is generously planned, with plenty of space, very well maintained and very clean. From the villa you have a wonderful view to the sea and the town of Krk. Very nice, clean pool and garden area. We didn't grill, but everything is ready for it. The villa is fully equipped at a high level. Nothing is missing. The host Maya was very nice and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. A nice touch from the hosts was the welcome drink and chilled soft drinks in the fridge. The space is a real recommendation, excellent value for money.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

We had spent a wonderful 12 days in this special villa. We were very warmly welcomed by the house owners; with guest basket and a personal tour of the house. It had everything you needed, fully equipped kitchen. Down to the last detail. (even Netflix, X-Box) Everything very clean and stylish. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but our kids, like us, enjoyed the cooling off every day. And with the counter-current you can also do a few swimming moves;) Highly recommended. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays, this is a wonderful place. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Wonderful house with perfect hosts. Great location

We had 3 wonderful weeks at the property. The house is super equipped and nothing was missing. The garden was also totally beautifully landscaped and our dog had enough freedom of movement. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold at 18 degrees at the end of September, so we didn't bathe in it but it was very clean! A crib was provided for our baby, which was prepared with a lot of love. In addition, as a welcome greeting, we got a little something for our baby and also a few snacks for us, which was very nice and accommodating. In general, the hostess is totally friendly and brought us fresh mushrooms and pastries. We really felt very welcome. We were often in Rabac walking on the promenade with some restaurants, is highly recommended - 20 min by car. In all other cities such as Pula, Rovijn, Porec, it takes about 1 hour by car. Porec and Rovijn are beautiful!
