As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

Excellent location! Distance to the city beach ( Slovenska plaža) just 50 meters. Walking distance to the Old Town 10 min. The apartment is fully equipped. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee bar in walking distance. Guest love it because of excellent location near beach. Families with kids or couples are more then welcome !

Pržno is a small and clean tourist resort. The apartman is clean and very nice, everything worked except for hot water, which sometimes didn't go. Delightful views, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Milena is very kind, she was available to us every day. In August, the beaches were crowded, sun loungers on the beach 30€ / day, there is nothing but restaurants and groceries in Pržne. The bus to Budva runs every 15min. Walking 5 minutes from Przno you can reach great and better beaches all the way to Sv. Štefan 20 min walk with very nice sidewalks in the shade. We went to these beaches 2 times a day as well. In my opinion, the stay is suitable for those who want to take advantage of the sea, for families with children, to relax. We were with children and grandparents alike, we are happy.

My family and I had a beautiful stay at the Orange Villa. Everything was just as the pictures if not better. Communication with Bedri was always good and he was always on hand if needed. I wouldn’t think twice about booking this place and we hope to be back next year.

The apartment has an excellent location, since it is in the middle of all the attractions of Bar and also has a hypermarket very close by, which facilitates shopping, especially for those who do not have a vehicle. It's conveniently located in every way. It's a modern, clean apartment and was a great stay.

Such a nice place to stay, right opposite the beach! Very clean and good facilities. The host Dragana was super super friendly. She responds quickly and helped me with booking a taxi after my stay. She has a big smile and is there if you need anything at all. Highly recommend. The only issue is that there are quite a few stairs to climb to get to your room which would make it difficult if you didn’t have much mobility.
