We had a good time at Jablonec. We were two families (2+3 and 2+2) and we had plenty of space, both inside and out. Beautiful bedrooms that are smartly decorated (bunk bed integrated in ceiling). The house is close to roads and also quiet in a wooded area and within walking distance of a beautiful forest swimming pool. The hot tub is nice to enjoy occasionally. The kitchen is well equipped. The only downside that the teenagers especially complained about was the sometimes moderate wifi or 4/5G but is that actually not a plus on vacation? There is plenty to do in the area, from hiking and swimming (crystal-clear reservoir) to a nice toboggan run. We warmly recommend a stay at Alexandra's place! The communication with the hosts is great and they gave great tips for the area.

It was really very nice. Andreas was a great host and always available. The cottage was well equipped and very cozy. It was a bit of a pity that with the cold temperatures, the hot tub water was not hot enough to sit relaxed outside in the water. Nevertheless, we would come back anytime.

A dream house with a fantastically beautiful view, we could see the stars from the comfortable bed. The house is very thoughtfully furnished with so many extras that we felt at home, everything was available, from kitchen equipment to cleaning, washing, blankets, pillows... The wellness area is nicely hidden, super organized and clean. We can wholeheartedly recommend Bohemian Homes. We will be back!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Northern Czechia. The home was fully equipped with everything I needed, from the kitchen to the cozy living spaces, making it feel like a true home away from home. The surroundings were peaceful, and I loved being close to nature while still having access to all modern amenities. The host was fantastic—quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout my stay, ensuring everything was perfect. The unit was randomly chosen. We found the choice was fantastic. Communication with the owner is very good. We had phone contact, she came out to pick us up in front of the house, explained everything accurately and showed us. Very responsive, kind, and caring person. The apartment is very cozy, quiet and quiet despite the location in the very center. Everything you need is at your fingertips. We felt right at home. Paid parking across the street. We'd love to come back again.

Traditional cottage set in a peaceful nature

Beautiful house and very lovely host. The price is justified by the top equipment of the kitchen and the size of the house. There were 6 of us and we felt very comfortable. In the kitchen there is a gas stove with only two flames. For more people, it could be a little difficult to cook. Or you can leave old school on the kitchen stove. The charm of the house makes you feel right at home. There are enough sleeping places and toilets, so there is no waiting for others. The communication with Martina has been very easy and good. She also gave us recommendations for the area and has already heated the house and handed over to us after a quick inspection. The bathroom comes with towels and a hairdryer. There was also enough wood for the fireplaces. We will be happy to come back. :)

Thank you so much for the beautiful and above all relaxing days at Kasia's! The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing break and served us as a very central starting point for various hikes. Especially the terrace overlooking the center was a highlight! Glad to come back.

I recommend staying at Christopher's place because it is absolutely amazing! Even though we had some complications with our agreement, Christopher helped us out anyway and that shows how good host he is. 10/10 from me and my friends and we are looking forward to coming back.

Quite exceptional accommodation in a beautiful environment. Welcome by Ivana and Anton was very warm. The cottage is extremely nice and super comfortable, all with impeccable cleanliness. Very complete equipment except for a laundry area that would benefit from being reserved for tenants. But there is the option to do laundry at Ivana's. Just perfect for Mountainbiker and fans of the Singletrek! The cottage is big enough for 2 person, the location great. Martin is a good host, but keep in mind: communication is only possible in Czech. There is a friend who can speak an excellent german for german speaking guests.
