We were 9 people (5 adults and 4 children). Kristine's house met all our standards of comfort and elegance, with a magnificent view of the mountains and lake. The location is really nice for nature lovers and children for hiking, tobogganing and skiing. We wanted to discover Norway in all its splendor, and now we have! Kristine is available and will advise you on what to see and do in the area. We 100% approved this house!!!😁

House and location are absolutely gorgeous. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals,living room space had board games,tv available.. House felt really welcoming and cosy and view from the window made the stay even more special.Upstairs area was really good for our 5 teenagers to sleep and ps4 was just a nice extra for the evenings to keep them doing what they love the most. Jacuzzi was easy to use,and something we all enjoyed in the evenings. Sledges,snow ball makers was a nice extra,especially if you’re coming from another country.We had lots of fun outside and even get to see northern lights. We travelled around and went to Rjukan, and Gaustatoppen.Nearby there was a ski centre,but we run out of days to go there. We would definitely come back here again.

Top recommendations from all of us! The cabin was clean and cozy to be in, with everything that can be seen in the photos and can be read in the description of the cabin. Everything worked really well and there was what it needed and then some, so that we could immediately feel at home in the cabin. It was cold and there was a lot of snow when we arrived, but the cabin was easy to warm up. The wood-burning stove, lighting losses, and the easily accessible firewood did very much for us in the winter cold. The cabin is beautifully located high and secluded from roads and without neighbors on all sides. We were 5 people in Sonja's cabin and all enjoyed it. Sonja was great and welcoming to communicate with. In addition, it is only about 2 km to the alpine center, which we enjoyed very much the 3 days we were in Hovden. /Dorte&Co

A great apartment, perfect for us as a family with children, beautifully decorated and with a nice layout. It has everything one needs available and everything is good condition. The landlord was nice, welcoming, and responded quickly and concretely to the questions that were asked. The head is great and offers activities for all ages. The stay was absolutely perfect and would love to come back.

There was good communication throughout the stay and quick responses, as well as good service and problem solving. We were very happy with the visit and have had great memories.

Great stay at Bekkebu. Super cozy and warm cabin by the foot of Hardangervidda. Well equipped cabin and very good beds. The landlord was both professional, helpful and pleasant. Would recommend!

It was a wonderful experience being surrounded by the woods! So gorgeous and peaceful! Malin was very nice and responsive as well. Would love to visit again!
