This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

They were kind enough to allow us an early check in which was a huge relief as we arrived in Ho Chi Minh very early by night bus. The place is as described, responsive host . Highly recommend Thank you

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly helped with early check-in. The staffs were super polite and friendly. The only minor downside was that the gate closed at 10 pm, but the security was incredibly accommodating and quickly helped me whenever I needed access. I do feel a little bad for waking them up, but they were always kind and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Great location in the middle of the action. The unit was very clean and quite inside with good water pressure. The host allowed me to checkout later than the usual time because of my late flight. Highly Recommend!

I have stayed at this location three times now and it's always a pleasurable experience. The host is always friendly, the room is always clean and comfortable. A truly wonderful place to stay whenever I'm in HCM.

we had a great stay at the apartment and would return to us to host. The location is good, close to downtown (about 20/30 minutes walking, depending on where it is). It is located in a hidden, quiet little neighborhood, which helps in the silence of the room. Large bathroom, good shower and a small balcony. we felt at home. Our only problem was with the pillows that were too high. Hosting (Jan) got new ones quickly, but we didn't adapt. but this is something personal. we recommend the site

This was my first time being in Ho Chi Minh City so I wanted to make sure that I had really good accommodations. I wanted to make sure that I was in a location where I could easily walk to too spots and this was a perfect spot. I was very close to the Ben Thanh market and you can even walk to the Bui Vien walking street as well. It was in a prime location, but not noisy whatsoever. The Airbnb itself was very clean and pristine. There were two separate locking systems so I felt pretty secure there and I was a solo traveler so I felt very safe. The host was very communicative and they have the cutest cat and the cutest puppy! I also had my laundry done and it went pretty well so overall I highly recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb was very positive overall. Although we had some minor issues at the beginning, they were resolved quickly and easily. The hosts were always helpful and accommodating. Particularly noteworthy is how comfortable our whole family felt in the apartment – it was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The location was also excellent, so we were able to explore the area easily. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

For me it's the best place to stay in Saigon. In the middle of a quiet, cute residential area and a flower market. 7mins from District 1. The apartment has everything you need and a nice balcony overlooking a narrow beautiful street. This is a small block of apartments, very safe and clean. The host is attentive and friendly, I couldn't ask for more. There are cute cafes and food stalls along the small roads and an olympic sized swimming pool just 400m away

I really recommend staying here. It is not a very spacious apartment but more then enough for a single person. I worked in D5, so this was the perfect location. The landlord gave me his number, so I was always able to contact him, when there was a problem and he answered very quickly. I would come back ;)
