House vacation rentals in District 4

Great place to stay as it was near to alot of places, and host is very helpful and responsive when we need things to be fixed or needing help to find our way around. Recommend for staying and visiting, will return again when back in the city.

Excellent location, very clean house. The host was able to drop by when we check in (as we wanted to) the place felt homey and lovely. Very friendly host welcoming us to the airbnb! Location wise, this airbnb is a hidden gem. Right smack in the middle of everything. Matched the description listed on airbnb. It was easy for us to get around everywhere and it doesn’t feel far at all! Grabdrivers always dropped us near the entrance of the airbnb so don’t worry! Very convenient for a group of us. My friends and I had our daily breakfast right opposite the airbnb (little hanoi egg coffee). There are plenty of cafes nearby. The house is very clean and spacious. We had a great time spending at the living room, watching netflix and chatting away. Best of all, the washing machine and dryer was the best thing we had!! Overall experience was excellent! We didn’t want to leave 😭

Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to food, atm, and nightlife. Room has nice air conditioning, good wifi, hot showers. Good location. I would stay here again. Pictures are accurate. I used “grab” app from the airport. Street light is on during the night time. I had to wrap a towel around my eyes to make the room dark at night. Excellent host. Fast response. Helpful. Thanks again.

I extended my stay here, so that should say something. Wifi 200+ Mbps down / 400+ up. Self check-in but the host responded within 5 minutes to my message trying to open the lockbox (but figured it out myself). 3rd floor walk-up with tight, steep and winding stairs, which was a struggle with bulky and heavy baggage, but the host offered to help (again managed myself though). Very easy staggering distance from all the nightlife on Bui Vien, but that means that loud music is audible until well after midnight (all good for me though because I’m a heavy sleeper). However the apartment is in a maze of narrow alleys that feels very authentically Vietnamese (people deep-frying bread in the street, people selling food out of living rooms open to the street, a temple next door with people chanting). I’d recommend this place if you want the touristy stuff nearby, but you want to step out of that bubble and stay among the local people.

The apartment has everything you need. The neighborhood has a lot of food options; a minimart and pharmacy are within walking distance.

Truc's place was extremely spacious, well-designed, and the artwork made us feel like we were truly at home. Especially loved the big dining table where family or a gathering of friends could have a meal. Self-check-in and check-out was also flexible and easy. We had an issue with the wifi which was swiftly resolved the next day. Location is just a little ways out of the main city center making it slightly less walkable, but it was also more peaceful. The only thing I did not expect was to have to climb up so many stairs, as I believe the upper patio is on the 5th (or 6th?) floor. This probably comes with the territory in Vietnam's architectural plots, but knowing this, I might have selected a more easily accessible place due to having elderly folks with mobility issues in my group.

Super spacious and very aesthetically curated space! Conveniently located above an equally aesthetic cafe where you get coupons for drinks too. The AC here is a lifesaver (and maybe it's something about the set up of the room but sometimes it can even get too cold! A great problem to have as this was the only place throughout Vietnam where we found ourselves turning up the temp instead of wishing it could go down more). Can get a little noisy during the day if the cafe is busy since the window faces the courtyard where there's outdoor seating, but that is to be expected. Also, be aware that the spiral staircase going up is as narrow as it looks in photos! A bit of a struggle bringing larger-sized suitcases up, but it can be done. Overall an amazing stay with responsive hosts.
