Waterfront vacation rentals in District 3

One of the four bathrooms was a little uncomfortable because it was separated from the bedroom, but everything else was satisfactory, and I intend to visit again next time.

This apartment is very nice and clean, the room is modernly designed with city view. The staff is very enthusiastic. Highly recommend this place to everyone. I will come back next time.

great location very close to district 1 but not in the hustle and bustle. taxi drivers know the building. very smart and new. some disconcerting signs about no airbnb allowed but security friendly.

Kenzo's place is in Icon56, walkable to Vinh Khan Street where there are alot of seafood restuarants patronised by locals. On top of that the house had a amazing view of the whole HCMC. The house was clean and we felt so comfortable as there was cups, plates, microwave, basically a fully functioning kitchen. The toiletries provided were the good quality type as well. My family and I had a superb stay. Highly recommended!

Tom and his co-hosts were very responsive. He was kind enough to let us check in early. Since HCM City is very hot and humid, we sometimes changed our outfits multiple times during the day. As a result, the washer and dryer came in very handy during our 5-day stay. Would recommend.

Felice and Tam were really good hosts I was satisfied because it was friendly and quick to communicate. Although it is far from the city center, it is a place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The pool was also big and it was a much better place than the pictures. The best part was the communication part. I was able to have a good trip with a lot of help. Thank you. 👍🏼

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Excellent apartment. Very clean, quiet and peaceful . 24/7 security Just a five minute cab ride away from the city Or walk across the bridge. The only con was the swimming pool hours. you’re not allowed to enter after 5 PM which was disappointing to me because the view there would be amazing at night.

I am glad I chose this apartment. It's well worth what you pay for. There is a washer, no dryer, yet you can air dry your laundry right in the patio. There is clothes line already hooked up. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and spas. Perhaps, there is a spa in the building on 38th floor. I stay in an apartment on 25th floor. It's quiet enough to have good sleep. The apartment doesn't have a nice scent like what I normally experience at hotels. However, it doesn't smell bad neither. Next time, I would bring scented candles. The AC works well. The bed is hard enough. Pillows are ok too. The host is very sweet and responsive. I would definitely use their Airbnb again once I'm in the area.

Great living experience and nice apartment we lived in Annie’s place. FamilyMart just right downstairs very convenient. Definitely will come back again. Highly recommended.
