Vacation rentals in Dionis Beach

Beautiful stay! We loved the little yard for our dog to run around in. Place was spotless and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Bed was super comfy and the cottage feels brand new. All around a wonderful stay!

My family & I have been vacationing at Larry’s Historic Arcade for the past 7+ years. It is in the most perfect spot located right on Circuit Ave in the heart of Oak Bluffs. There are many stores and restaurants located on this road and it’s super convenient to have a market right across the street for any last minute essentials. We always rent the third floor apartment. It is very spacious and has a full size bed, a loft with 2 twin size beds and a pull out couch. It also has 2 decks. One over looking circuit ave and one on the other side with a grill. The house has WiFi, 2 mini splits (for ac or heat) a tv and a full kitchen. I highly recommend booking Larry’s Historic Arcade. It has everything you need and more. Thank you Larry for providing the perfect vacation spot for me and my family. We are already looking forward to next year!

This was our first stay at an air bnb. Now the bar is set high. After the second day we caught ourselves saying “let’s get home “ . The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We were so happy that your place was our first.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect for two people. We could walk into town easily and was central to everything we wanted to do and see.

Brian was a great host. The place was immaculate and well located. Would definitely stay here again no questions asked. 10/10

The house is lovely! The yard is the real star here, and the location is fantastic. The only small things I would comment on are providing your own linens (not ideal) and no coffee or anything to last a day upon arrival. But overall, I would recommend it for a nice stay on the island!

Kristie’s place was adorable! The bed was super comfy and while the place is small it had everything we needed. Kristie was super helpful with recommendations and we even rented her husband’s jeep at the discounted rate to avoid the high costs of bringing your vehicle on the ferry from Hyannis. Would definitely rent from Kristie again as she goes out of her way to make everything prefect!

Enviable waterfront location in town was perfectly convenient. The apartment was charming, and we got a kick out of being located above Karen’s art gallery, sharing the common entrance. We know Nantucket very well, and were fortunate enough to find in Karen’s “Oasis” the perfect spot for us; quintessential “old” Nantucket. Plus Karen is a delightful and engaging host.

We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood is adorable for walking and our little one loved the playground right down the road. The house is so quiet yet so close to downtown and beaches. Will definitely be back!
