Lorian and Team House is a fantastic place to stay :) The location is incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance—tram and train stations, several grocery options, and even the airport is just a short distance away. Despite being next to the rail tracks, the house is impressively quiet inside. The house itself is charming, with a well-maintained, vintage feel. It’s ideal for groups, as it offers six spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. One note for accessibility: the bedrooms are either upstairs or in the basement, with small steps, so it may not be ideal for those using a wheelchair. However, for everyone else, it’s absolutely perfect. Highly recommend! ! !

Awesome view of the lake and mountains! Very easy to get in/out of Zürich via the train station. The train downtown comes every 15 minutes or so and only takes 10-15 minutes to get there.

Very convenient location - close to a tram, walk along the Limmat and a Coop grocery store 10 mins walk away. Cute and cozy house with charm. Loved the daybed on the patio and the backyard. Our family had a lovely stay at Jeroen and Céline's apartment for our first few days in Switzerland. They were very responsive to our questions before we arrived and Jeroen was extremely helpful when he met us to give us the keys the first day. The view is even more stunning than it looks in the pictures (we already miss it) and we also appreciated the well-chosen decor. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and also a bit cooler than in the center of town, which we appreciated since we arrived during a heat wave. Although the apartment is not air-conditioned, it is equipped with shutters that did an excellent job of keeping the sun and heat out, and all the windows helped air the place out quickly in the evening. We used both the tram and the funicular during our stay and appreciated how easy it was to access both. Hope to return someday!

The place was beautiful, functional and as described. The location is really nice and central, and a 10 minute walk from the lake. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Spacious apartment. Very well equipped. Generous and welcoming hosts. The location is excellent. On the one hand it is quiet ,close to a green area with tracks for sports and on the other hand a reasonable distance from the city center.

I am very satisfied with my experience here! I rented the apartment for my parents who were visiting for a long stay. My mother uses a walker and so she needs plenty of space to move from room to room. Ray's place was excellent for their needs! The layout of the apartment worked very well for them. The amenities were new and high-quality and the clothing washer was a plus. Ray was also very responsive and helpful. He helped them find some cookware and assisted with a problem they had with train tickets. My parents have come to Zurich several times and this is the highest quality home in terms of layout and amenities that they have experienced. Ray was also very responsive and helpful.
