Vacation rentals with a sauna in Dienten am Hochkönig

The apartment is in a perfect location, very walkable to the village center and many restaurants and bars. The apartment was very large and comfortable with beautiful light and views of the ski slopes. It was actually much larger than we anticipated; having two floors was very Nice. Karl was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying in his apartment!

Very nice apartment in a complex with several apartments. Sauna and pool are a great touch. The staff at the reception was very friendly and it seemed very familiar. We were also offered a bread roll service. The only small drawback: if you come from the ski slope, you walk 15 minutes uphill. But as long as you're good to walk, no problem. We would come back any time 👍

A perfect retreat for ski enthusiasts! The location on the mountain allowed for effortless access to the slopes. Rooms were excellently equipped, and the panoramic view of the snowy landscape was breathtaking. An unforgettable stay for anyone looking for the perfect mix of coziness and skiing fun. The ski ins and ski-out for the slopes could only be partially used due to bad weather. But that was not a problem as there is a ski bus that runs in the morning and evening. We'd love to come back! :)

We had a wonderful time in Reinhold's apartment! It was very cozy, clean and well equipped. The location is also perfect for a city trip in Salzburg. After a long day in the city, you can relax here and enjoy the time. Reinhold is a very warm, cosmopolitan and helpful host. We will be happy to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was perfectly clean and felt brand new. The smart home system worked flawlessly, adding a modern and convenient touch to the experience. The apartment has an nice view of the mountains, making it a truly relaxing getaway. The TV in the room even had Czech channels, which was a nice surprise, and the host had thoughtfully prepared the sofa for sleeping. They were also very accommodating and supportive of my 1-year-old child, which I greatly appreciated. The in-house sauna was a definite highlight—so relaxing and well-maintained. Overall, an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this place!

This a lovely apartment in an absolutely stunning location. The photos are representative of what you get and so you can be confident of that. It’s not clear but The facilities are shared between 7 flats so occasionally someone else may be in the pool which is small but it’s not a regular thing. Plus there is 2x jacuzzi or sauna so you will never be unable to access those! Hiring a car may be useful as Going itself is quite secluded and so to visit the bigger lift stations, swimming lakes and anything outside the valley (also containing Soll, Ellmau and Scheffau) you may find a car useful. Thats particularly the case when carrying your shopping back up the hill to AAA apartments 🙄. However the bus does serve the valley and we did a week with no car so it’s definitely possible without! I didn’t meet Jessica but she has a colleague who also helps run the apartment and she was hugely helpful and very friendly. Meeting her sooner would have been helpful but all in all a fab stay!!

As always, it was a pleasure to be able to be a guest in this apartment with great recreational value. The communication with Hans Jörg was always friendly, accommodating and helpful. Timea was absolutely a super host, always respond to us quick and with helpful advices, even on Christmas Eve! The rooms are cozy, especially for family. Although it is not walking distance to shops and restaurants, but we do enjoy the peaceful moments here just overlooking a winter forrest view. We enjoyed playing puzzles at night time and having snow play just downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with salt, soy sauce, coffee pods and machine, tea bags and etc. Washing machine is not in the room but in the next building. Will definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation was the best it could be. Lots of places to visit around the area. Great place to relax.

An ideal location in Kitzbühel! The main lift and ski rental are just steps away, making holidays with several kids so much easier. There’s even a special ski lesson area for the youngest children just a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen and dining area are fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and perfect for creating a true home-away-from-home feeling. With snow-covered mountains framed in the windows, the Christmas atmosphere was simply magical!

Bernhard is fantastic! To start it off, he was able to accommodate our last minute booking at 1930 day-of after another AirBnb didn't match the description. Then, after already saving our trip, he was so kind and met us at his amazing house and gave us a personal tour complete with instructions for all appliances and the sauna. 10/10 hands down the best host we have ever had. If you feel like something is missing from the house, be sure to look arpund; its got everything! Then the house, it is immaculately cleaned and fantastic all around. During the tour he said that it was just remodeled and it shows. The house is beautifully decorated and he loves to repurpose items in creative new ways. The pictures are spot on, couldn't recommend this house or Bernhard more!

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

We spent a week in Elisabeth's place during (NRW) autumn holidays and we join all positive reviews. You don't have to rate the area, because Austria is beautiful everywhere. But to describe the house and the hospitality, these were extremely good. Absolutely recommended for families up to two-three children. But be ready to "drive" the children into nature every day from this very child-friendly place :) Thank you so much Elisabeth for the hospitality!

Fantastic location, very clean and cozy home. The layout of the 3 floors is ideal for 10 persons. The view and the existing sauna complete the whole. I'd love to come back😊😊

We spent the Christmas season with our daughters (6 and 7 years) in this beautiful house. The house was sparkling clean, beautiful and decorated in a Christmas mood. The sauna and hot tub were just horny and we could relax. Very recommended. Thank you so much Christof.
