Steve and team were lovely! From Check-in and throughout the stay they were responsive, friendly and kind. Steve and his wife even stopped by after a severe storm to check in on us and make sure we didn't need the generator or any assistance. Perfectly peaceful space for our weekend girl trip. Very nice home and backyard. The pontoon boat and kayaks offered much enjoyment. Barbecue pit worked and all amenities. Firepit nice to light and have smores for the kids. Bring bug spray for being out in the evening. Neighbors were very nice also. Great vibe to the area. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Howard is an amazing host. He was super responsive and accommodating to our large group. He had all the amenities that were listed on the property and more! We had more than enough towels and even kitchen appliances, spices, and utensils. His instructions were clear about checking out and our group had a wonderful weekend. If you have a big group and need lots of space, this place is great. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook and there are plenty of games to play. The lake is beautiful and this spot has great privacy. There’s a pretty large flee market right down the road that’s open on the weekends and a great little market called, Walt & Marie's Country Market & Cafe if ya need something quick.

The yellow retreat house was perfect for our quick stay. It was clean and spacious and we felt very comfortable there. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We had a great stay.

The property is exactly as described and presented, which met our expectations for a quick stay in New Buffalo. The location is close to everything in downtown and the beach. The hosts are extremely responsive and proactive, as well. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again!

We had a girls weekend and it was great fun. We enjoyed cooking for ourselves and playing games. The views were amazing…really the best part of the whole stay. The rental was as described and the hosts were very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was a little hard to find at first but even though it was right off the road the back yard felt very private. Easy to walk to the beach and around the neighborhood. For two people and a dog it felt very spacious and the outdoor area was very beautiful with all the fall colors. It was a nice area with easy access to the state parks we visited.

Great home with all the amenities, along with a great location across the street from the lake. We will certainly be looking to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time! The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, close to a lot of areas we wanted to see. There was plenty of space for us all to do our own thing and not disturb each other, but also space for us to all gather together. Linda had great recommendations and was an excellent communicator!

We had such a wonderful stay! A few college friends got together for a long weekend getaway to antique shop in Nappanee and North Webster and this was the perfect spot. We all agreed we’ll need to come back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy the lake and kayak!

Great lake house for our multi-family gathering. Pontoon rental was perfect for fishing! We caught our limit of bluegill each day. Young and old especially loved the swinging in the great room looking into the lake. Power recliner and couch made watching TV relaxing. Girls loved painting rocks. And our 3 year old grandson was in love with cars and toys to play with.

Great stay for a Notre Dame football weekend. The house is out of the fanfare about 35 minutes away from campus. Plenty of social space and space to relax in the home, in its back yard, or near the lake. Big kitchen, and all of the amenities you need for a weekend stay. Darick is a great host, and I recommend this to folks looking for the same use!

Amazing location, very swimmable. place was equipped with everything we needed. Sunset views - couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on this lake.
