Vacation rentals with a patio in Devonport

Spent a few days here over Christmas. It's such a beautiful house and has everything you could possibly need for cooking, hosting etc. Lovely, clean and comfortable bed and plenty of blankets and dog accessories. Our Jack Russell had a lovely time too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us! (note 2 flights of stairs upon entrance, so not ideal for disabled people)

We really enjoyed our stay, Tara was extremely helpful in communications. The property was spotless and the hot tub was used a lot. The cream tea on arrival was tasty. We really hope to come back again soon. Thank you so much.

Fantastic hosts. Very communicative and very attentive. Especially liked the recommendations for places to eat and thinks to do. I’m from Plymouth but as someone who hasn’t lived down there for a lot of years the recommended restaurants was especially helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay, and I would definitely stay there again.

Was in need of a mini break and to de-stress with the family and this was the perfect location just for that. Hearing the waves whilst drifting off to sleep was magical. Property was in the most perfect location in this little gem of a village. Access and instructions to this modern property was excellent. There is a lift, which was essential for one of the travelling members. Very clean and fresh feel about the place. Excellent decor. Cannot really fault the property. Owner very responsive to any messages. Would love to stay here again. Thank you

perfect location, Lovely and clean. Comfortable bed with luxurious Dusk bedding, High pressured hot shower. Along with everything in place that was needed for our stay. Prompt communication. Thank you Amy,I am looking forward to returning next year.

Lovely place. Very comfy bed and everything was clean. Carl kindly sorted bread, milk, eggs etc for our arrival. I was very grateful to be able to bring my cat over the Xmas period. Thank you.

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb. It was very easy to find and check in was nice and easy. It was a lovely surprise to see fresh scones, cream and jam in the property for us. The location was perfect! We had luck having a clear first night and we were able to watch a meteorite shower. Everything we needed was there; extra blankets, a TV, towels, even egg cups! Really lovely place that I would 100% recommend!

Perfect for what was needed for a few colleagues to stay for a couple of days. Clean and ideally located. Great communication too!

Great stay whilst working in the area

Really clean, great space. Exactly as described. Super helpful host & proactive; ensuring that we had all the information that we needed before arrival. Great views & plenty of walking on the doorstep.

This is a great place to stay for a large family or a group of friends who want to stay together. Plenty of light and airy spaces, two lounges, one equipped with PlayStation and large tv, the other is larger and spacious with large tv and comfy sofas. There is also a reading room with plenty of books and games. The place has tremendous views across the valley and feels private and isolated, even though there are houses on either side! The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious with bifold doors leading out onto the patio. This was wonderful with the sun out and a slight cooling breeze flowing through. One bedroom is en-suite with a large shower, there is a separate bathroom for everyone else, I didn’t like the shower over the bath, especially as the bath was not very wide. Showers were direct feed (not electric) and worked really well. There’s a laundry/boot room with everything you need. The beds are comfortable with Simba mattresses and cotton sheets. Great stay!

We enjoyed a relaxing and cosy Christmas break with our family. There was everything we needed & plenty of space. Josi made it festive for us and we would go back again. Modbury is also very quaint & 2 minutes walk.

Lovely home, fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. Will be staying again on my next visit to Plymouth.

Very cosy place right opposite the shop and the pub, 20 minute walk from the beautiful estuary and half hour to Mothercombe beach and coastal path. 5 mile cycle from the nearest train station Ivybridge. Sleeps 5 comfortably, more than 5 round the table would be tight. Lovely dining / breakfast area in the conservatory. Well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as good as last year! Spotless, all the space/amenities we needed, responsive & friendly hosts, and the perfect location.

Wonderful time in an idyllic part of South Devon and felt right at home and comfortable in Bernadette’s cosy cottage. Walks by the river, walks on the cliff tops, walks on the beach, yummy fresh food in the local pubs…a fantastic spot to slow down and refresh. Thank you so much 🧡

Very comfortable apartment and really comfy bed. The location was good too, with parking included and easily walkable into the town. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was a great space to stay in. I was staying here for work and it had everything I needed . Very helpful hosts, who helped when I needed something, but also felt very private although part of host’s house. Also great running routes on the doorstep. Thank you for a lovely stay
