Family-friendly vacation rentals in Deux-Sèvres

What a serene and peaceful location, I've been visiting this area for 12 years and this is the 1st Airbnb we really didn't want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed how private and tranquil the whole space was, besides some visits from a very friendly dog and of course a warm welcome from Fabien and his daughter we saw nobody else for the entirety of our stay. Fabien went out of his way to offer us any support we needed, and we couldn't recommend his place more! It's the perfect location for a family stay, and our only regret is that we didn't have more time to stay explore the local surroundings. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you again Fabien! we hope to see you next year.

The accommodation is impeccable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for optimal comfort. The spa is a real plus: a moment of absolute relaxation in a soothing setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. The general atmosphere of the place invites relaxation and well-being. A huge thank you to Céline for her hospitality and small touches. I would recommend it without second thought and would be happy to come back!

What to say about our host Richard and his dead wood cottages... topissime!! everything is done for a pleasant stay in the countryside, with great culinary services offered by Richard. a beautiful very well exposed pool that overlooks the cottages. a "so britisch" euh non "scotisch":) we recommend this Airbnb 200% a big hug in Charly 😺

A very nice welcome with small touches that make you happy. The accommodation is photo compliant, very clean and well equipped. The location is perfect for visiting Puy du Fou, in less than 20 minutes you are there. Regarding Daniel and Josette, they are people of exceptional kindness that is rare these days. Fabulous stay after a long drive drive Brigitte was there to greet us your own enclosed garden which was amazing for us as we had our 2 dogs , and secure parking spot with electric gates, nice and clean felt like home from home , peaceful and quiet will return again

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

We came several times, the accommodation very well located for a stopover to the South, very good value for money and large garden with trampoline for the children to let off steam. Thanks to our host for their responsiveness!

A great cottage, very exotic. Very well thought out for young and old. Friendly animals that made my children happy as well as the tire swing that was constantly being used. As far as the accommodation is concerned, absolute calm so pleasant accompanied by the morning awakening of the birds. The bedding is impeccable and the decor is very soothing. Recommended. ;-)

We had a fantastic stay with Marc Andre and Chantal! Wonderful accommodation on a spacious property with a private pool, tennis court, and table tennis table. We had great contact with Marc Andre and Chantal, both before and during our stay. They let us borrow their bikes and gave us various tips for sights and restaurants. Absolutely recommended, and if it's on our route again, we would love to return!

We had a great time for our family reunion. The house is welcoming summer and winter, it was very nice so we were in the square courtyard all grass. The house is full of surprises in terms of decoration and charm. A huge fireplace in one of the lounges is also perfect for winter evenings! And the children's playroom is great, especially the big costume closet and board game closet! Everything was perfect, we'll be back. Veronique

Had a great stay in Cholet. The home was beautiful and as described. The swimming pool was large, clean and will kept. A lovely family holiday and thank you for hosting us.

We had a brilliant two weeks at Philippe’s gite. It is located in a charming village with good amenities- bakery/shop, restaurant/bar, public tennis courts and lovely cycle rides and walks right on the doorstep. The weather was hot and sunny and we enjoyed the refreshing pool and outdoor dining areas. Everything has been carefully arranged for the comfort of guests and philippe was welcoming and discreet. Would highly recommend this for a family or group of families to visit. A bit of a drive to sightseeing places but we found lots of nice parks and the little lake nearby was lovely!

we had a great week in the house. very quiet. the bedding is very good. Hearing birds is a sweet melody to our ears 😀 Jany is very friendly and friendly. Thank you for this cozy home, a real haven of peace.

Thank you both for hosting us, we had a great time during our 6 night stay.! The location is a rural retreat that is rich with nature. Our children (10 and 8) loved trying to catch the frogs around the lake, and the lizards that sunbathed on the paths. We saw toads, birds of prey, and dragonflies, and heard kingfishers and owls. The lake was magical, reminded me of the famous Redmire pool in the UK. Lots of carp showing on the surface. I had some memorable fishing sessions trying to outwit them! The pool was clean and safe with a shallow end. We all spent a lot of time in there on the hot days! Games room a fun edition, we enjoyed ping pong and darts. We didn't try golf but saw others playing. Accommodation was well equipped, especially the kitchen which even had a garlic press and full bbq utensils including wooden skewers. Shower nice and powerful. Everything spotlessly clean. We had a bbq most nights which was provided on the patio. We would recommend!

We had a great time at Peggy's place. The house and its garden are really beautiful and the place is quiet. The house is also very well-equipped with personalized decoration that everyone enjoyed. Peggy was very helpful before and during our stay to make everything go better for us. I highly recommend for a stay for families or groups of friends.
