The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed. The mattresses and linens were of good quality.

Annelies was an incredibly helpful and polite host. The location was quiet and out of the clutter of the neighbouring community. The space was lovely and spacious. The Christmas tree to match the occasion was appreciated and a nice touch. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was ergonomic and a pleasure to use. This location is perfect for visiting all the major attractions. I highly recommend this stay.

Eric's place is wonderful. The location is fantastic in the Flemish countryside, many walks in the area and easily accessible. The house itself is absolutely unique. Eric's love of books and art can't be missed and there were small touches of humor here and there (the sinks...). Eric was responsive and very kind when we met him in person. I'll certainly look to book it again next year.

We had a wonderful time at Olivier's place. The house was as he described it. What we liked best was the location, very nice and safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and other amenities within walking distance and public transport just outside the house.

A lovely, spacious and comfortable property in a wonderful rural setting. We wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and this certainly ticked all boxes. The nearby forests are minutes away by car, and this allowed us to take our dog on some fantastic walks each day. The nearby town of Ronse/Renaix has everything you could need. Multiple supermarkets and big shops and good places to get a take away if you should feel like it. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

It was a great pleasure to stay in this cottage. There was a bottle of wine and sweets as a welcome gift. Katja was very easy to communicate with and she was always responsive to our questions. The place is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, exactly like the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped. Excellent location with a short drive to Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. The area was very quiet, perfect for relaxing. All in all, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and can not recommend this cottage highly enough.

The property is very cosy and modernly furnished. The only criticism is the sliding doors/ spot plates that do not really protect against noise. If you are on site with 6 people, in order to be able to retreat properly, real doors would be more pleasant. Otherwise everything was neat, clean, the host was always available, very friendly! Even when we asked for more towels, we already had these an hour later. In the kitchen is everything you need. The apartment was pleasantly tempered, i.e. the heaters worked. Area very quiet, great to retreat for a few days. It was a great stay and we will be happy to come back :)

Very good stay in this beautiful house.

It was a great stay. The house are beautiful and the decor loving. You have everything you need, but no more than necessary. The kitchen, especially for people who like to cook, is just great - ideal for staying several people. You have 2 ovens, 1 steamer and 1 quooker - just great. The dining table stands in an open welcoming space with generous views of the garden and pool - magnificent! The landlords are very sweet and friendly. Very warm people who are easily accessible and helpful. Beds are already made on arrival and there are plenty of towels. We can only recommend the property. Dogs are also welcome and the garden is perfect for the furry noses. 1 hour to Brussels and about 50 minutes to Lille (France) and otherwise you simply have your peace and privacy through the rural area and the completely fenced property. The supermarket is nearby, about 1 km.

Had a nice night in the accommodation. Space was clean, tidy and decorated in its own style. The only thing missing is good window treatments for the light in the morning, but otherwise not annoying. Host was friendly and helpful. Key code was incorrect and the host could be reached very quickly for this. Got a golden tip for the bakery. I definitely recommend the place!

This holiday accommodation is intended for large groups. It has some big assets, first and foremost the heated indoor pool, and further a wood-fired jacuzzi and a sauna. There is also a closed wood fire. The reception is particularly friendly and we were given a detailed explanation about all the facilities. The host (Geert) is always easy to reach by phone. The holiday accommodation is very suitable for groups with children (we had 9 adults and 11 children between 7 and 15 years). We came in December; in summer the large garden is another asset.

We had a fantastic stay in Zwalm! We were very warmly welcomed by Sarah and felt right at home. The room was nicely decorated and everything was very clean. We were in the sofa in the evening and we heard... NOTHING. No traffic, no neighborhood noise, no running household appliances,.. Long time ago that we could relax somewhere so much. The area was wonderful for hiking.

Such a lovely Air BnB the hosts are very friendly, make you feel very welcome. The garden and outdoor heated pool were perfect. We loved all the animals and countryside feel. Great base for lots of lovely Belgium villages. Air conditioning in all rooms was great as well as the lovely bathroom with your own sauna and jacuzzi bath. The welcome pack of fresh eggs, water and jam was a nice gesture and the added bonus of a coffee machine in the pool house was also a great idea.

We had a fabulous Christmas family get together, with 8 adults and 5 children. We loved the house: it was so comfortable for us, with lots of space for everyone to do their own thing. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen very well equipped. The games room was brilliant for the children. We loved the big dining table. We used the sauna and hot tub and this made the trip really memorable! Geoffrey was brilliant at communicating with us. We weren’t there that long but had a trip to Roubaix to see La Piscine, and had a lovely drink at The Backyard, but mainly we hung out at the house! All in all an amazing weekend, thank you!

We are delighted with our stay at this "big" tiny house! Everything was perfect, the tiny house is decorated with care, thanks to the 2nd bedroom offered, you can live with 4 without worries. Jordy is very welcoming. The proximity of this accommodation to all major Belgian sites is a positive asset. We recommend it!

I did not have the privilege of meeting Chris but he was responsive to my messages before I arrived. And during the stay, I actually didn't need him because everything was accurate and clear, the apartment was complete, nothing was missing. the place is quiet, the building is peaceful, too quiet to such an extent that at first, I thought we were alone and also the crackling of the hardwood floor (floor) made me feel like it was so quiet. the Lidl supermarket is just diagonally, it's cool and Braine train station is a 7 min walk. I would definitely recommend this place...

The house is truly truly special! It is very chic, very clean and incredibly cozy. The small garden is safely fenced. A highlight is the very comfortable bed overlooking the horizon. We enjoyed the absolute peace and quiet and made some great hikes with a dog, which are easily possible there (even without a leash). Everything you need is available in the house. It's all new and tastefully decorated, so you can just feel comfortable. Ghent is close and worth a visit. We thank you, dear Ellen for this great gem and will be happy to come back!!!!

Near Stekene is the forest house of Cris and Cristel. We had it so well there and it was so deeply silent and winters that you could feel the earth. The fireplace was a delight. Shower and bed were wonderful. And no ugly parking or spectacular hot tub in the garden. Trees, shrubs and grass. And beyond the trees, arable land. For us some older city dwellers was that more than we could wish for. There is always something disturbing, too much, or fake. Not here. It was beautiful days not far from home, Antwerp and Ghent around the corner, hiking and cycling trails plenty and our host Cristel so sympathetic and warm. If there is such a thing as eternity, we were close. Thank you dear people for that, for the hospitality and trust. Brigit and Hendrik
