We enjoyed the accommodation: well-equipped kitchen, a nice living room overlooking the garden and a spacious bedroom with adjoining bathroom (including toilet) on the first floor. The accommodation is conveniently located to places in the immediate vicinity that are more than worth visiting, such as Oudenaarde, Ronse, Kortrijk, Aalst, Tournai and of course Ghent. The many cycling and especially hiking opportunities are a plus for this stay. Finally, culture lovers can also indulge themselves: MOU in Oudenaarde, Mudel in Deinze, museums in Sint-Martens-Latem, Raveel Museum in Zulte and an Art Deco Walking tour in Ronse. In short: The Oude Notelaer is recommended!

The photos do not do this house justice! Absolutely amazing, so big but yet so cosy, plenty of area to sit around, garden was lovely, lots of spce for the dog to roam and all enclosed. Felt like a home away from home, very clean and tidy but still homely touches. Fab host, very welcoming and made us feel right at home, only restaurant in the area is a must try, food and service exceptional. Can't recommend this place enough! Only thing I would say is that the stairs up to the bedrooms are quite steep so be careful but other than that was perfect!

Wonderful! We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful home surrounded by pasture and woodland. It is the perfect place to relax where the only sounds you will hear are birdsong and the whinnying of the horses. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. It was particularly nice to stay in a home with plenty of comfortable lounge seating as well as a huge dining table. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen lovely and crisp. The kitchen had everything my chef son needed. There is a lovely garden and delightful views across the paddocks. The local town is a short drive and we would thoroughly recommend eating at De Waterkant (a great restaurant next to the canal - we enjoyed a delicious supper al fresco while watching boats glide past). Ingrid and Luc are fantastic hosts who speak excellent English. They are very welcoming and really want their guests to enjoy their stay - we certainly did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend: thank you!

Host quickly responds to questions. The house was free and ready well before our arrival and we were warned by Cécile that we could arrive earlier than 3pm. The house is well located and close to the center of Bohan. Shops nearby. Very nice place.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Orangerie of Eveline. The accommodation is above expectations spacious and complete but also nicely decorated. The view of the horse meadow is beautiful and from the B&B you can walk directly into the woods. Many alternative hiking trails are relatively close. Eveline's two sweet dogs were a gift. Occasionally they stopped by for a cuddle or a play moment with our dog. We will definitely come back.

Had a great stay again. Everything is available in the house. Spacious garden for the dogs and very private. Relaxing is wonderful here

What a wonderful place! Really beautiful garden with all beautiful places and seats such as a jeu de boule lane, fire pit, pond and Jacuzzi. Inside it was sparkling clean, in the kitchen we didn't miss anything, and all 12 different "bodies" really loved the beds. There are 2 bathrooms with rain shower and plenty of nice towels for everyone. We could have easily stayed there longer because there were plenty of games and fireplace. However, we had beautiful weather in March and sat outside all day in a sheltered spot in the sun... The house is next to a road but hardly anyone drives there. In the village down the road, all the well-known supermarkets can be found. I recommend to everyone!

Just returned from a fantastic weekend with friends! Isabelle was super clear and really friendly and the cottage.. amai! I can't think of anything that wasn't present. This made it so easy for us to arrange our stay. It was also super clean and very cozy! Certainly subject to repetition! Thanks Isabelle, Kevin and the friends

The accommodation is very good and Kitty is a pleasant host. We had everything we needed in the accommodation which was very clean and functional. The place was nice on a farm. We recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay. As discussed before, it was very quiet there for New Year's Eve, so our dogs could experience a relaxed New Year's Eve. The home has a beautiful bedroom with walk-in bathroom . Unfortunately only one bath and no shower . But you also get used to it for a few days . We felt very comfortable.

Great place to stay in the area. Close to Bruges or Knokke. VERY nice house and garden, beautifully decorated. They even got their own soap... Highly recommended!

Extremely warmly received by Eveline. We felt right at home. The accommodation is modern and equipped with all necessities. The bed is blissful. The location is top; a short drive away from Bruges. Definitely recommended!

We spent one week in the apartment. Everything you would need has really been thought of and everything has neatly its place. Fabien always responds quickly and kindly. The apartment is spacious and very bright so we could enjoy the sun extra. It's a bit of a quick search for where you need to be, but thanks to his instructions, we found it easily. We found check-in a little late at 5 p.m., but we were also allowed to check out later. You win some, you lose some. At night there was a strange bromo that came from somewhere but it didn't bother our sleep too much. We enjoyed it and would definitely like to come back!

We had a fantastic stay. The place is a farm-castle newly renovated, it’s pristine, super quiet, bucolic. Christel was amazing, very accommodating. We can’t wait to go back.

Delphine and Bernard are very warm, friendly people who put us and our 2 dogs at ease very quickly. Very nicely furnished gypsy wagon in an oasis of peace close to la Pays des Collines. Highly recommended to relax near beautiful hiking trails. Fall asleep to the barking of foxes in the background, blissful! We did have our own breakfast, drink and food with us, because there is not much nearby.

We enjoyed staying at Francis' vacation homes for a weekend. We were a group of adults and 2 kids and had a good time. The houses are very different in character and atmosphere, there are many sleeping places, toilets and bathrooms. The bath was very appreciated! Both the center of Bruges and the beach are easily accessible, while the area is very quiet. Perfect! Communication with Francis is very pleasant.

Lovely large tiny house. So cozy and cozily furnished. You feel at home. Carine cares about dogs, comes by she always takes them biscuits for them. The surroundings of the stay are quiet but everything is good for visiting Ghent, Bruges and the coasts of Belgium. The coast in place De Haan is highly recommended! Carine is a nice host! We received a warm welcome and good explanation of the house. It's a really cozy, fresh and clean house. Everything is present and you can see that they are very proud of their place. The gated garden was lovely for our dog. in the town of Givet there are plenty of shops. We had a really good quiet New Year's Eve.

I would almost want not to put a review to keep this little piece of paradise to myself:-) A real haven of peace in the woods, what happiness!
