Julie’s flat is like Memphis…a little funky, showing its years (in a very good way), and charming. Communication was great. Flat was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe. Great morning coffee setup. We will come back.

We loved the loft unit. The manager sent very thorough instructions, and access was easy. Other residents were friendly and helpful. Parking out front was convenient. The unit was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. On a map, it looks like it would be an easy walk down to Beale Street, but we didn't really feel comfortable doing so. Parking near Beale was plentiful. $14 for 4 hours. Recommend this place...

Jing was an incredible host! From communication around check-in to making sure we found everything as described, Jing was attentive. The home was as described and so very clean and well decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and the location is close to the interstate and shopping. I highly recommend and hope to return for more visits to Ole Miss football games!

I grew up in Hernando, and have visited family two or three times a year. we've stayed in two or three hotels/motels, other BNBs, and I can with no hesitation say this is the very best of the lot. The price is higher, but I assure you will get more than your money's worth. The location is a few blocks from restaurants and shops on the square. For those preferring Italian, there's a place just a short walk across the street. Also within walking distance is Velvet Cream (The Dip), which has been in operation as long as I can remember, and I'm 73 years old. The Dip has received mention in Memphis Magazine as having one of the best burgers in the greater Metropolitan area. if you're looking for an inexpensive accommodation, this isn't for you. If you want luxury and an an absolutely great location, go for it. You won't regret it. We now reside in the St. Louis area, and am happy to have found this. Five Star. Caveat: Not wheelchair accessible.

Everything exceeded our expectations, with a spotless environment and zero complications. The serene neighborhood and nearby Waffle House were major benefits. We look forward to stay at this property again next year.

We had 3 generations staying there to visit with family in the area. The house suited our needs perfectly. We would definitely rent it again when the opportunity arises.

Myles went out of his way to make sure my family felt like this place was home during our stay. We arrived to drinks in the refrigerator and snacks, too. My boys loved the upstairs room as they brought the PlayStation to play at night. It was absolutely amazing home that actually felt like a home vs just a place to stay. There were bikes for my boys to ride around the neighborhood. We will be back. It’s super convenient to everything. I highly recommend Myles’ Sassafras home in Southaven.

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect for 2 couples. The Bed was so comfortable. Parking was a little challenging sometimes due to individuals parking in no parking zones. Other than that it was a great! Definitely hope this place is available the next time I visit Memphis TN.
