Vacation rentals with a patio in Des Plaines

My experience with Paul was the best experience I have had booking with Air B and B. His communication was friendly and prompt. He answered all my questions before booking. Upon arriving, his check-in instructions were extremely easy and he explained things throughly. Entering the home was exactly as his pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. He checked in shortly after our check-in time to make sure everything was up to par and asked if we needed anything. The home was nestled in a residential neighborhood and it was quiet, peaceful and safe. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus when on vacation! I asked him for a couple recommended grocery stores that were close and he gave me great suggestions. All his amenities allowed us to cook at home and enjoy meals as a family. Checkout was super easy. We will defiantly reach out to Paul again when we make it back to Chicago. If I could give more than 5 stars I defiantly would! Highly recommended!

Jim’s place had all of the modern amenities you could want and than some. He had great books to read, and beautifully curated pieces of art throughout the home. We felt very comfortable and safe there.

We loved our stay! It was so clean and very close to public transit! We navigated the trains to and from Cicero into Chicago NP! We will definitely be back and we would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb!!!

We felt very comfortable at Daniela’s place. The flat is spacious and clean. We had no trouble walking to the train and parking in the dedicated spot. The decor is appealing & stylish. I recommend if in town visiting plus Evanston is the best!

This home was perfectly clean and well-stocked with all the essentials to make our weekend stay comfortable. Demi is very responsive and gave us a quick walkthrough when we arrived to show us where everything was and to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location with just a few blocks walk into downtown Palatine and the train station.

Great home that exceeded our expectations! So much to say. The location was ideal. We enjoyed several walks on the trails just steps away. And walked to stores and restaurants. The home itself was wonderful. An open layout for family conversations, space for those who needed to work, and we were thrilled that we all had our own bed. I slept on the bunk bed, which was very comfortable. Everything felt new and clean, to include top of the line appliances. We had a car, so it was great to park in a garage. Also, my mother has difficulty with steps, so not having to worry about that was a relief. Thanks to Javier for the quick responses and sharing this wonderful home.

Excellent location not too distant from local stores, and an easy drive from Chicago O'Hare and the nearby convention center. Host was accommodating and allowed for a bit of an early check in. The property was clean and we ran into no issues during our stay!

Great place! Liz was really nice. I had trouble getting into the home. Liz called me, reset lock remotely and helped me get in. The house was pristine, and really cozy. We had a great time and highly recommend this to anyone interested.

My family and I were in town for my nephew's graduation, and Marika's home was truly beautiful, so inviting, and comfortable. She definitely paid attention to details that made the stay even more cozy. Beautiful property, and well appointed! Easy lovely, 10 minute walk to town, also. We had a great stay at Matt's house. The house is clean and as described. The neighborhood is fantastic with a lot of useful shops very close by. We were pleased with how much we could get to on foot, including a Walgreen's, coffee shop, pizza place, groceries, and much more.

Easy check in and close to LUC which is what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Bonus that it included parking.

I was coming to Chicago to just have a quiet weekend away from work and the stresses of home. I wanted a few days to enjoy urban life peacefully doing a few things I enjoy. This spot checked off all the boxes for peaceful and private but also re adorably we'll located to hit all of the spots around Chicago. The place was exactly as pictured and clean. couldn't have been easier and I would stay here again. hosts were responsive. it was a great few days.

This was a fabulous place to stay! My brother and I could easily walk to the "L" and head downtown. The pizza place right downstairs was delicious - we ate there twice in three days! The beds were comfortable, the couch and living room set up was cozy. I would absolutely stay there again!

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.
