28 Gates gave us unforgettable farmstay experience. Great accommodation, with the amazing surrounding nature, animals and farm history. There are plenty things to do on the farm. We had a perfect holiday with our kids. Susie, Michael and their pets were outstanding hosts with incredible hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely four nights at Terese’s place. A neat, tidy and beautifully furnished space with a lovely garden and farmlet to explore. Lots to do in the surrounding Huon Valley, including great food and cafes in nearby Cygnet, as well as plenty of roadside stalls selling season produce. We were lucky enough to be down in cherry season!

What a fabulous farm stay! This eco-retreat is a great experience for families. We were welcomed by Grant and given great advice about what to do around the area- Mt Field National Park was all we needed for adventure as the property also provided us with beautiful short walks, spectacular views and a peaceful stay. There were many homely activities to do but we didn’t get to experience it all. The produce in the garden is amazing, particularly the berries for our January stay and we’re thankful it’s shared for guests. The wholistic living was complimented by wildlife and a nicely decorated cottage stay.

We had such a cosy comfortable stay at Grant and Marieke’s cottage. Grant was super friendly, greeted us on arrival and gave some great advice on things to do not only around the property, but around the national park and surrounds. We had a couple of fresh eggs in a basket and some yummy treats as well. Grant had the cottage heating nicely when we arrived as well. We would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Jenny's place with 3 school friends( we're in our 60's), and it was perfect. We totally loved the house, location and proximity to exploring nearby. Comfy beds, great fireplace, amazing book collection, and responsive hosts. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable bed and great kitchen for the size. Not too far out of Hobart to pop in and out of during the day. Lovely hosts who gave us a tour of their farm and let us enjoy some beautiful produce too.

Sassafras Springs is a slice of heaven on earth. Beautiful views, remote ish, forested trails, garden, black cockatoos. Grant provided exceptional communications from start to finish. Looking forward to returning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming house! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the antique furniture added a unique touch to the cozy atmosphere. Chris and Kaye were welcoming and friendly. Their friendly dog Lucy and cat Stella were delightful companions. Highly recommend this lovely retreat!

Peter & Charlie were amazing hosts and the studio is a perfect little haven for a quiet getaway. We also ordered a 3 course meal cooked by Charlie and delivered to the door - it was absolutely sensational and we would highly recommend adding this on to your stay. We will definitely be visiting The Little Seed again. Thank you Peter, Charlie & puppies.

Would highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The place was super tidy and clean plus had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful location surrounded by stunning rolling hills, the tranquil sound of the running creek and bushland. Felt so private and tucked away whilst also still being so close to everything! Super pet friendly, fully fenced yard and plenty of space for our doggo to run around. The hosts Clare and Justin were super responsive and helpful in giving so many recommendations and suggestions for things to do in the area. Overall a really great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel right at home. They cooked delicious meals for us, which we truly enjoyed. One of the highlights was when they took us around their farm, introducing us to their pigs and lambs, and even brought us to the top of a hill with breathtaking views — absolutely stunning! We also got to experience setting up a fire, which added to the cozy, warm, and fun atmosphere of the cottage. It was truly an authentic country experience that we will always remember. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay! Highly recommended!

A unique home, fully equipped, in a beautiful setting. Plenty of space for kids, and great local recommendations.

Fantastic spacious cabin, well worth it and be sure to check out the excellent restaurant opposite.

The place is beautiful and very quiet but located next door to the owner’s house and you need to be very careful with noise. Alpacas and the views are the highlight of the place. We booked the farm for fresh produce but eggs or honey wasn’t available for us unfortunately. The kitchen and living room is very comfortable for big family but the beds are a bit uncomfortable. Altogether we had a good time.

Amazing renovated sandstone cottage surrounded by wildlife pet melons, chicken tailed bunny rabbits, and platypus. Perfect way to spend your last few days in Tasmania.
