We had such a great stay at Seaside Villa. Pascale is the most wonderful host, so helpful, responsive and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and it’s such a quiet oasis when you get back from busy days out. Highly recommend staying here.

Nyomans villa was so perfect. It’s very quiet and so beautiful. Breakfast included was delightful and so was the staff. Indra drove us to town when we needed something. Just ten minutes away. He spoke great English and had a good sense of humor. In all my travels this villa was the best. I’ll tell all my friends. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Budi and Villi’s family compound and wished we could have stayed longer. Each morning, Villi and her family treated us to delicious traditional breakfasts. Our kids, aged 4 and 8, loved making friends with their daughter and enjoyed playing together. The compound is ideally located on the main street of a charming village, with plenty of cafes, vegetarian-friendly restaurants, and scooter rentals just a five-minute walk away. Despite its central location, the guest house is set back from the street, providing a quiet, secure, and comfortable retreat both day and night. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Wayan’s villa is exactly as described. I spent a week there and enjoyed every moment. I made great use of the pool. Wayan and his family were such great hosts. Wayan was very responsive and proactive. Breakfast was provided each morning. Many eating options within a short walk. Car pickup point just next door. Very peaceful and quiet hideaway. Highly recommend.

I always stay in Penestanan when I come to Bali and this has been my favorite experience. The staff has been the most kind and responsive - more so than any other villa in a the area. The bonus of having breakfast provided at their restaurant is extra amazing. The food is great! I will absolutely be back to stay at one of their many villas! Thank you! 🙏🏻

Let me start by saying that the set up check in and assistance while staying here is second to none, thanks to Manik and her team. The place is how they describe it, old school elegant Bali, night time was the best with the mature garden and the lights etc. However if you’re looking to get away from everything and be in the peace and quiet, read the owners description fully, this is a working village and the villa is in a busy part of that village. We enjoyed that, it allowed us walk around and take in the sight and sounds including the nearby rice fields.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality was unmatched—they helped us with scooter rentals, organized a relaxing in-villa massage, and even gave us great local tips and advice to make the most of our trip. The villa itself is stunning—modern, private, and so inviting that we often didn’t want to leave. It’s the perfect space to unwind and truly relax. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. And let’s not forget the breakfast—it was incredibly delicious and freshly prepared each morning, a wonderful start to our days. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and hospitable place to stay in Bali, this villa is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

This villa is really great for staying 5 days or more. The villa was surrounded by many good places and restaurants. The host is so kind and informative. Makes me and family feels like home. Will definitely recommend this villa to relatives and friends. One of the best place to stay in Bali. Will use this valla again when go back to Bali. You guys also have to try to stay here!

we really loved our stay at the artist apartment... we could only stay for single night this time becuase of our plans in bali. but we wish to come back for long term stay at the artist apartment for a month plus+ very spacious with a great vibe to concentrate and do creative work we really loved the eclectic design and art.. felt like home.. we loved the books they left there , were acctualy interesting to read.. the beautiful jungle surrounding the apartmant , the river you can see from terrace..we didnt want to leave and we hope to come back. thank you air ubud

Amazing location, amenities and employees. The only problem was that the rooms felt very “wet”. Even though it wasn’t so humid outside, inside everything was wet, and even with a hairdryer we couldn’t dry our clothes or “dry” up the room with the AC. Because of that the bed sheets were also always feeling wet and not fresh even though they were just changed. The bathroom could also be a bit cleaner. Other than that we enjoyed it.

I've spent there a month with my wife and we were both satisfied. It's a part of Plagoo apartments so in the end you're a hotel guest with all the benefits - free breakfast, gym, pool, reception, cleaning service etc. Breakfast is quite good, in form of a buffet. The apartment is clean and spacious. There is a kitchen but it's not something you'll use often in Bali. AC works good. Noting interesting in the walking distance, which is not a big deal given you can rent a scooter or easily get a taxi. It's far from main roads which makes the area quiet. Very communicative host. Definitely recommend.

This villa was absolutely incredible, a slice of heaven and we couldn’t fault it.. Me and my partner enjoyed our time here the most in Bali, It was even better than we expected ! The area the villa is in is lovely your literally amongst the rice fields. Madu the host was so accommodating, trustworthy and kind making sure we were comfortable and took great care of us though out our stay here. Madu helped us get a driver from our previous place to the villa to his place and it was so smooth and reassuring. The pool is so private for a nice romantic holiday. Madu also made us a flower bath which was exceptional! The bed in the villa was so comfortable and the bathroom so clean and such a big shower and very hot water which was lovely for a change. It was a perfect time for us and we would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing villa in Ubud 🙏🏻

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Amazing place to stay. Hosts are great, provides complimentary breakfast each morning by the beautiful pool. Staff is very accommodating and the price is great for an amazing room.

Stayed here over Christmas and New Year and was more than happy. Far enough away from the main streets to chill out but easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The shower was always hot and the a/c worked perfectly. Would happily stay again.

We stayed at Ardana’s place for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. I have never had a host who is so kind and goes out of their way to accommodate guests. The breakfast each morning was delicious, he cleaned and switched our sheets and towels, and allowed us a late checkout. His place is beautiful, and a great spot for a couple’s getaway. Would recommend this place and host to anyone traveling to Ubud.

Thank you Wayan for this stay! It was exactly what I️ was looking for right around Ubud without being completely central. Wayan was very friendly and also gave me my own space so I️ felt right at home :)

Enjoyed our stay here as the location was amazing. We were able to walk around in Canggu. The room was also clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the breakfast, nothing too fancy but delicious. Toshe was also very helpful and responsive. Super nice host and receptionist at the villa. One thing to note is that the pool is not really what we expected but nonetheless this place is super value for money.

Sarna and his family were friendly and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was delicious especially the banana pancakes! Great location as well, will definitely stay again!

My luggage was tied up at the airport, so I asked if I could store my luggage at the guesthouse instead, and they gladly accepted it. Thank you so much. There was no inconvenience in using it. Good value for money.

Putu is an amazing host. She is knowledgeable, kind, warm and welcoming. She has helped me with everything I could possibly need to make my stay so comfortable. The room is PERFECT. I absolutely love the view waking up every morning to lush greenery with a breakfast of my choice. The bed is comfortable, the room is very clean, and the space is perfect for a quick trip or longer stay. Will definitely come back!
