I am happy to say that I enjoyed my stay here with my wife. It was wonderful experience having to find the secret room and taking a souvenir was one of the most thoughtful things to do that I never seen any other Airbnb that did that. I really do recommend that if you stay you should stay longer than a night only because we found it enjoyable to have stayed longer. The energy there is wonderful and welcoming. Will for sure be coming back!!!

Little Farm Getaway

This little farm house was the ideal place to stay for our Anniversary. Wish we could have stayed longer! Catherine had everything we needed to relax & feel right at home. Clean, cute & beautifully decorated. We had never been to Prior Lake area before but after this, we plan on making this our yearly place to visit. And, hopefully stay here again at the little farm house. Thank you Catherine!

This was the BEST stay, in the best little town. Barb and Fred were so kind and welcoming. Truly the nicest, warmest people. And Hazel!!! What a sweet pup!! This little place is perfect. The bathroom is so lovely, comfy bed, so warm and cozy. We cannot wait to come back and visit our new friends!

Lovely place with an awesome shower and tub. We were greeted by the rooster this morning as we were leaving, which was fun as I don't think my son had ever heard a rooster crow before in person and the horses came to see us too. I usually list the pros and cons of a place after staying. I can't really think of any cons here, just know that the heat gets pretty warm. I had thermostat set at 66 and it was 72 when I got up. I normally keep at 68 but noticed it was 74 when I went to bed so I turned it down to 66. I noticed there wasn't any soap for a shower or bath, which I don't mind as I always bring my own but just a note to those who maybe don't. Otherwise everything else was well stocked. Nice large tv, huge bathroom and pretty much everything you'd need. Friendly and responsive host. Loved having all the critters large and small around. It was good to be back in Cannon again and stop a few places. I would surely recommend this airbnb.

Loved this house! It was immaculate, quiet, and cozy. Kitchen had everything you could need. Wish I’d found it sooner. My son graduates from Carleton this year so not sure how frequently I’ll get back to the area but highly recommend it if you’re visiting Northfield!

This quaint home was a cozy space for our girls’ weekend. Its location was perfect for us. The host provided coffee, a bottle of water for each of us and breakfast snacks. The beds are very comfortable, nice linens, lovely decor. We will definitely recommend this place. Our stay was wonderful! Thank you, Karna!

We had family in town and needed some extra space. We used the loft as our gathering place for three days but also took advantage of all that downtown Northfield has to offer within easy walking distance. The kitchen is well-stocked, the living room is spacious, and the bedrooms are very comfortable.

Kim's place was the perfect stay for a little babymoon. Even though the temps dip below 0 degrees, the cabin stayed cozy and warm. She gave wonderful recommendations for places to eat in town. The home was decorated beautifully. We'd love to come back and visit in the warmer months!

Furball Farm Inn

If you love cats, love Furball Farm's live broadcasts and love to volunteer - this is the place to come! I could have stayed there the whole time, but I found two Harley Davidson shops, a woolen mill, several YMCAs and the Mocha Monkey (I follow Jon the Potter as well). This was absolute heaven for me. The volunteers were amazing and I was able to explore a true immersive experience in caring for all of these cats. My hope is to bring this knowledge back to PA to open my own sanctuary one day, but for now - I intend to go back to Furball Farm at least once a year if not more! Everything about it was a positive experience - I even had two vacation cats to help ease the pain of missing my cats at home. The air B&B was incredible, has every amenity and I was totally unprepared for how fully stocked everything was! I really did not have to leave the property if I didn't want to. I give my experience an A+ - (I'm a school teacher) and recommend visiting to anyone! A truly enchanting place!

Molly’s place was so clean and comfortable. Easy access to St Olaf and to downtown Northfield. It was even decorated for Christmas which was a welcome surprise! Molly let us check in early when my husband had an important business zoom. Overall a great stay!

A cozy super quiet space in the heart of Northfield. While not much natural light or views for it being mostly underground- the high ceilings and large rooms made it fell quite spacious. Loved the charm of an old historical building, beautifully refurbished and decorated. Amy was a super responsive host - helping us navigate street parking restrictions due to a snow emergency and even meeting us and helping carry our luggage in!

Very nice, cozy cabin with great views of the lake. The cabin was very clean and nicely maintained and I had zero issues. Property is decent sized, flat and has nice outdoor areas. The public boat landing is right down the road which made it easy for us to get out on the ice and fish. It was a great stay. I highly recommend.
