The house is located about 2 km from the small town of Gjern in the beautiful hilly Søhøjland close to Silkeborg and only 30 minutes from Aarhus. There are plenty of opportunities for active holidays in the beautiful nature with hiking trails, mountain bike trails, etc.

Morning bread near. Smoke outside only! Has a residual cold smoke smell inside - cleaned walls/carpets/curtains/repainted in summer 2024.

Historical Cottage close to the beach

The cozy thatched cottage Hyggeholm is located in the historic center of Gedesby on the island of Falster near the beach with a wonderful view. The design of the property was completely modernized in 2020, a large kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms were redesigned and individually furnished. A billiard room, a library under the roof and a sauna house in the garden were built. The garden is home to many different types of plants and fruit trees.

Just right for holidays with children and to switch off completely. The house is furnished in a cosy, functional vintage style.
