Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Denman Island

We had a great time at this air bnb. We could really tell that there was a lot of thoughtfulness that went into the place, in the furnishings, amenities, and - something people often overlook - safety! There was a sign from the city stating that it was a legal suite and there were flashlights by the light switches in case of an emergency. I also really appreciated that it was pet friendly and very clean. Thanks!

Really enjoyed my stay at Rachel's place. I was at Nanaimo for a 2 week placement at the local hospital. Rachel's home is a quick 5 minute walk away. Her home is extremely clean with all the cooking supplies I needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. Rachel and Patrick are very quick and responsive. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Nanaimo and would stay here again myself if the opportunity ever arises.

Our stay was beautiful and restful. It’s just a couple minute walk to Big Beach, and to a great hike alongside the ocean. The rooms and bathrooms were super comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked for some simple meals. We would happily return! Also, loved the fireplace and Sonos speaker :)

Everyone was very friendly with a nice cozy space. Walking down the river to see the falls and pools was a highlight! Quick drive to mount Washington. Lots of wildlife in the neighbourhood- bears, deer, and elk!

I would highly recommend this place . The place makes you feel right at home . The place is spotless and has everything you need . Walking distance to anything you need as well as the lake. Best place I’ve stayed in

We had a great visit to Mt Washington! It was a last minute trip but we got lucky and found these nights available and booking and everything else was easy and worked great. Access to the building and unit was easy, parking was very convenient, and the ski in ski out was pretty great. The condo itself was clean and well organized, the kids found board games, and we cooked some meals in the kitchen. The view was also spectacular, we could see the Mt Albert Edward ridge. Definitely recommend!

Iain’s Bird’s Nest Cabin is the perfect spot for a Cortes vacation! Centrally located, it’s a quick drive or walk to Hollyhock, Smelt Bay, Manson’s Lagoon, and the Co-op, making it easy to explore the island. Tucked away in the forest, the cabin is well-stocked with plenty of towels, bedding, A/C, wifi, and a well-appointed kitchen (note: no oven, but a great gas range). Iain and his family live on the property and are quick to help when needed, but you wouldn’t know they’re there—perfect hosts! This was our second stay at one of Iain’s properties, and we can’t wait to come back again. Thanks for another lovely vacation, Iain!

Great spot, comfortable for 3 couples, it would've been nice to have AC, but there were fans at least.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of this unit. We were 3 adults and 3 kids along with 2 dogs - and it was quite comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. We appreciated being able to bring our animals and the gas fire place was a big bonus for us!

We enjoyed our short term stay (one week) and it met our needs & expectations. It was an ideal location - close to airport and our grandkids. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you Terry and Carol-Anne. James & Barbara

We had a great stay in this beautiful home. Close to Oyster River and Highway 19, but tucked away in a very peaceful setting. Hope to return in future - thoroughly recommended.

Dave's place was just what we needed for a family get away. The best stocked kitchen in a rental Ive ever had. Lots of space to hang out in. House is close to one of the ferries. Close to downtown, but not really walk able to most restaurants. Close to a beach and marina. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nicely furnished little house. Very clean. On a main street so a bit of traffic noise. Very friendly host. Enjoyable stay for us.

Teresa’s house was the perfect place for us to stay while doing the Homalco Great Bears of Bute day trip. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the super fast WIFI meant we could share our adventures with family and friends. Thanks Teresa!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is even more beautiful in person. Loved the loft upstairs, a great place for the kids to play, as well as the big yard. We had everything we needed and they were very helpful throughout. We’d definitely stay again.

Best BNB yet. We arrived early having started travel in Winnipeg at 1 am BC time. I let her know we were here and she said we could check in. Not guaranteed but a very nice thing to do. Subsequent communications were answered promptly. The flat is a designer showcase. Everything is lovely. Made this bull want to move things to protect the China shop. The views are awesome, oceanfront with a mountain backdrop. We saw a ton of wildlife. The host was amazing in getting back to us. The flat is fully stocked with many staples (Toilet Paper, Coffee and teas, Paper Towel, Spray oil, and many spices). The coffee maker has me looking for one like it for home. It is just right for two people, it has the ability to entertain two guests for dinner. Job well done!

From the moment I walked in I already couldn’t wait to come back. The view was beautiful, and the space was spacious yet cozy. Being October it was a bit cooler in Qualicum, but with the electric fireplace and baseboard heaters I didn’t feel it inside! The kitchen had so many little touches that felt thoughtful, from drinks in the fridge, spices in the cupboard, and all the utensils and pans to cook a meal in. Barry was proactive with messaging and very responsive when I had a question ahead of my stay. A perfect weekend getaway!

Fabulous place to stay, everything exceeded our expectations and it is wonderful to find an incredible spot such as this that allows dogs.

This is a lovely rental in the heart of Ucluelet. Very clean and welcoming, this spot has a cozy vibe that had us instantly feeling at home. Laura is a great host - responsive and warm. The photos and description are accurate to what you get, though it was larger than I expected (always a nice surprise). Would stay again!

Our party included 4 adults and two children. We stayed in the house for four nights. This is something which we do every summer, staying in different houses near Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We were happy with our rental this year (2024). We liked the fact that this complex includes a swimming pool. We also spent a lot of time at the beach. (We used the beach folding chairs which are available in the unit.) We also walked in the adjacent Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We also drove to some stores in town. The kitchen is well equipped. We used the BBQ for three of the dinners. It was useful that one of the bedrooms includes a desk. Sandy communicated with us (via the AirBnB app) several times. We had a great vacation. I should also mention that after we checked out we discovered that my granddaughter left a certain item behind. Sandy assured me that it will be mailed to us. Thank you!

We were blown away when we walked in the door!! We were excited about our stay but the photos just don’t do the place justice!! It is the most beautiful place we have ever been to!! Everything has been thought out!! It felt so homely and warm! We were so sad that we didn’t have longer and although we are from Australia we will most definitely be back! An experience not to be missed!! It made our entire trip to Canada was just perfect 👌

Our stay was amazing, awesome location, easily located. One concern that should be addressed. How far open the windows open up in the bedrooms are a fall hazard, these windows need limiters, they shall not open more than 100mm. Mentioning this because I nearly fell out of room B slider window when I woke up. I staggered when I stood up and nearly went out the open window of the 4th floor. Aside from that our stay was lovely!
