This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

A very special place in town. A rural street that has been around for centuries. Kasseien on the road, nature right around the corner. The historic center of Alkmaar 10 minutes walk. The guesthouse (about 40m2) is in the back house with its own entry. It consists of a spacious living/bedroom with double bed, a small cooking facility, bathroom and toilet. Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period.
