Vacation rentals with breakfast in Demre

They have very nice bungalow houses in heart of nature. Erdoğan and his wife were very helpful. The location very close to Dead Sea and butterfly valley. Even though we were so late they prepared us dinner we really liked our stay there..We would go there again.

We had a great holiday in the villa where we stayed with our family of 6. Thank you very much for your attention and hospitality to Mr. Can and Ms. Katerina, we are very satisfied. It was a place we wanted to go again.

Me and my family had an amazing stay here. The view is magical, the host were really great and welcoming and always responded within seconds. Pool was always clean, the guy comes to clean it and take the trash every morning. Villa is nicely located, with a private parking spot for the car. Supermarket is about 1 min away 👍🏼 On the downside however, which I know is important for many people is that it’s not completely private.. people can pretty much get a clear view at the terass and pool from the villas on its left and right. Last but not least good to know that it’s not the fanciest villa with great interior. But nothing that we cared that much about. Main thing it was clean with clean furnitures. Besides these two things, I strongly recommend 🙂👍🏼

Bahadır Bey's house was exactly as we hoped, we were very comfortable with my wife, my children and 2 dogs, the house was spotless, we did not encounter any problems, it was a stone house, a stone house, and we did not even need to turn on the fan at noon in the midday hours, Mr. Bahadır's communication was very good, he welcomed us very well and sincerely, I recommend it to everyone

We had an amazing stay at Island View Villa. Check in was so easy and the villa was spotless. Eren was just next door and super helpful and responsive, disposing of our rubbish, answering questions and even helping with our suitcases on checkout. The villa itself is stunning, even better than the photos, a lovely walk down to the old town and taxis were very easy and reliable when we wanted to save our legs! We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect stay and I would recommend this villa to everyone.

Stay here! If you have a rental car and want a peaceful stay with amazing hospitality outside of Kas but still really close, this is it. Pictures don't even do this place justice. Our bungalow was super clean, cute, and spacious. The A/C and wifi both worked great. The included breakfast was the best we had on our trip, and the views were gorgeous- we wish we could've stayed longer. And Onur and the other hosts were so kind and welcoming. Your only regret, like me, will be not staying longer.

Take the food of the house itself, go stay seasonal, there is nothing in the house, we felt like we were in our own home. There was a small problem with our iron, we mentioned that they brought a brand new iron. The house was spotless, we didn't use the pool, but it looked clean, other guests entered. Wonderful stay! The location was perfect—a short walk into the heart of Kas, yet still quiet and peaceful. The bed linens and towels were refreshed daily, and breakfast on the rooftop balcony was great. We also really appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach noodles available for our trips to the shore.

The stay was very pleasant for me. It is familial, friendly and a place of relaxation. The delicious food, both the wide selection for breakfast, also the dinner was definitely extra class. At my request, I got very fine vegetarian/vegan food. There are extra points for that🤩. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality🙏 the house is definitely recommended if you prefer peace and good food

A beautiful place to stay with easy access to the beach and town. Lovely authentic Turkish breakfast every morning and a lovely garden to relax in!

Recep's place was a true paradise! This was our first time in Turkey and if I could do it all again I would have stayed in Cıralı for a few more days in place of Kaş and Kalkan, where we traveled next. The beach four minutes away was lovely, quiet, and clean. We were able to walk to good food, the eternal flame of Yanartaş, and cool off in the A/C of our bungalow. So relaxing to be surrounded by orange trees, chickens, and ducks. Thank you for an incredible stay!
