Our place has views; the yard has beautiful shade trees that set the mood for deep relaxation. One can walk to Walmart, Denny's, Hampton Inn Suites, Ruby Tuesdays and many other business's in minutes. Ocean City is about a 35minute drive. Salisbury University is a five minute drive. UMES is a 13 minute drive.This home is ideally located. A retired teacher on one side is your closest neighbor; on the other property is a caregiver. Needless to say this is a very safe place; enjoy.

We had a great week! The house is on the bay and has a beautiful view from many rooms. The screened-in porches are awesome. The house is clean and as described. The kitchen is clean and well-furnished. I started every day with a cup of tea in a rocker (provided) at the end of the dock. I was unsure if my 4 boys in their 20's would be happy and they were. It was a time to enjoy each other. We went swimming, used the paddle boards, rode the bikes and played games at night. You are about 30 mins from Berlin a fun little town and 40 mins to West Ocean City(we went their 2x for dinner). Claire is so nice and very responsive. Between her and Mike we were well taken care of. They work at a Marina 5mins. down the road. We ordered crabs, clams and corn. They cook it, will deliver it and helped us out with how many to get. The house has the utensils needed. It was a lot a fun and highly recommend giving it a go. The home is warm and exudes love of family.

This rental was everything you could want. A gorgeous ocean view, very clean and comfortable, and great location to many of Ocean City’s popular bars and restaurants! Personally, we love belly busters for their blue crabs and it was a block away! The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend, but would also be great for a whole week stay!

Made a trip from Wisconsin with my family to my mom’s hometown area. This home was perfectly located for our large group to walk to the boardwalk, ocean, a few neighboring restaurants. September was a good time for our visit as it wasn’t too hot, many shops and attractions were still open, and was far less busy. This home was a home away from home. Clean and cozy, very comfy beds, well stocked with essentials, and the home has a nice place on the roof deck to decompress from Iong days spent walking around. The beach buggy came in handy for a short walk down to the beach. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We had a smooth check in and absolutely no complaints! Would love to book again 😁

Pamela's place exceeded our expectations and was more spacious than the photos could show. The two of us coming from central Pennsylvania for an event in Lewes wanted a place that would be convenient to town but not in the middle of the resort's bustle or along the busy Route 1 shopping corridor. This fit the bill perfectly. It took us less than 15 minutes to get to the center of Lewes, less to get to a bay beach in Broadkill. Serene and quiet location. Comfortable bed and couch. Lots of places inside and out to sit and read. Gorgeous bathroom, especially shower. Would definitely return.

We had a great trip to Bayside at Jeffrey and Deb's house. The house is conveniently located in a private peaceful part of the Bayside neighborhood, which has great amenities and is very easy to get around by walking or biking. The house was a perfect size for our family of 5 and was in great condition and we loved the screened in porch area and patio which backed up to woods. Jeffrey was also very responsive and was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had such a great time here! The walk to the beach was not long maybe 10 minutes. There were so much to do in the surrounding area. OC is the best beach on the East Coast I have ever been to and I am so glad we spent it at the Bradfords because they were so accommodating in every way!

Its location made it super easy to walk and enjoy the boardwalk. Tiffany was extremely responsive and a great host. Would highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for a short bachelorette girl's weekend. It was located in a beautiful spot on the bay. The multiple balconies made it easy to relax and enjoy the views. It was a short walk to a coffee shop that we went to every morning. Easy check in, spotless, and very homey. The decorations and plants made it feel very cozy. I would recommend this place. Short walk to the beach too. Awesome place!

Such a gem for our Thanksgiving vacation with extended family (8 adults, 1 infant, 3 young kids under 7). Plenty of room to spread out, 2 living areas (one for football, one for Pete the Cat), and the hidden kids room under the stairs was so special for kids! The kitchen was great for cooking Thanksgiving. We brought appliances/pans we needed but there were cookie sheets, blender, coffee makers (Keurig, drip, and French press), pots and pans. Alan (and Susan) made sure this was a book it and enjoy it vacation. Appreciate not having to worry about cleaning too much at check out or buying goods in order to live (soap, paper goods, etc). The bikes were a hit, and so were the (add-on) resort passes to the indoor pool and gym. Good water pressure in showers. As the parent of the infant and toddler, the upstairs primary BR was perfect (walk-in closet slept both, and they slept soundly!). Would book again for vacation.
