Enjoyed our stay!! Only a mile from the Philadelphia marathon start so super convenient for us! The place was great and spacious enough for our group! And short drive away from city center. Thanks to Jen and Griff they were great and even shipped back a changer we left behind!

Great stay! The hosts were very quick to respond and flexible with our early check-in request. The house was exactly like the photos, and the outside patio and rooftop were great for gathering. It was the perfect space for our large group during our best friend's wedding weekend.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our time at Stormy's home. it was quiet, in a very walkable part of the neighborhood, and Stormy was a very friendly, responsive host. Thanks!

we stayed here for my daughters wedding at the Deacon, the location was perfect for our needs. It was a 4 minute walk. We were able to hang out there and get ready for the wedding. It was perfect for our needs.

Just stayed one night for a quick trip to Philadelphia. Great having a parking spot and being within walking distance of Center City. Hadn't stayed in this part of Philly before so it was fun getting to know the area better. Enjoyed our self-guided tour of the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul very much. Christmas Village at City Hall fun to walk through. Didn't expect the carousel in the inner courtyard of City Hall, a double decker at that. Checked out Fairmount Avenue. Had some good beer at Bar Hygge and good sandwiches at Thirsty Dice. Good pastries from Whole Foods for breakfast. Valerie was very friendly; she happened to be outside when we arrived and showed us around the space. Worked great for us. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Tuan has a very beautiful home and great space for a family to stay. He left us a bottle of wine for the holidays and is the best host. He is fast at responding to messages and this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at his home. 5 stars all the around and would definitely stay here on my next trip.

Rosa was great! We were there for a handful of months, and she was on top of everything. She was super friendly, and genuinely cared to help in every instance. She was also very patient understanding with us in our situation. I would say the biggest highlight of her going above and beyond was getting us a Christmas tree and other decorations for the holiday season to really feel at home there. She was so friendly and approachable, that my family and I refer to this Airbnb as "Rosa's place," whereas I don't remember by heart who my hosts were for prior Airbnbs. Rosa is a fantastic host. I have zero complaints and all praises. I wish she could be the host of every Airbnb in the world.

This was honestly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in! Megan was a phenomenal host, got back to me immediately when I asked questions, and was very friendly:) The place was spotless and the bed was the comfiest ever! South Philly is such a fun place to explore, we had coffee and brunch options in a less than 5 minute walk. I would absolutely recommend this place, I’d love to stay here the next time we visit! Location, location, location! A block from the riverwalk in a safe and clean neighborhood. A well stocked kitchen and a short walk to Trader Joe's, coffee places and local markets and many things Philly! We found it especially wonderful as my cousin lives a block away so it was perfect for our holiday gathering plans. The narrow, steep staircases and quiet hours should definitely be considered before selecting this apartment.

Such a beautiful place! It was perfect for my four day stay and had everything I needed and more. I had plenty of space to work and relax, which I really appreciated. Everything was spotless, especially the bathroom. I also really liked the extra security measures, especially as a solo traveler. The check in and check out instructions were really clear. We had a great stay. All the instructions and directions - from how to get in to WiFi, local recommendations, everything was clear and accurate. Anne is super responsive and proactive. The location is great! We took Uber to The East State Penitentiary/Art Museum area but we walked everywhere else. It was a 20 minute walk to The Liberty Bell area. We visited on Philadelphia’s coldest day of 2024 but we stayed warm in Anne’s place. Definitely recommend.

Had a group of us for the marathon this past weekend and the place was perfect! Not far from all the action and plenty of places in the area to get any essentials needed. Jordan was a great host and gave us a seamless experience. Highly highly recommend if you’re with a small group in need of a place to stay in the area.

We have relatives in the area, so location was perfect for us. Easy to get around, Ubers readily available. Philly is a very idiosyncratic town, which is a large part of its charm. Great restaurants and close to stadiums (go '76'ers!). Philly fans are the best. Jeffrey and Carmen were great hosts and very patient answering questions that were clearly supplied in emails before we arrived and in the house notebook - had we been paying better attention. We had three generations of family and friends for Thanksgiving dinner and the house worked beautifully for this occasion.

Great location, very close to the convention center and Chinatown!

Our family planned a Thanksgiving getaway to Philadelphia to explore the town. This was such a great spot for our first time in Philly. We were walkable to go watch the parade, to restaurants, to Liberty Bell, and so much more. Eric was great at giving us things to do and places to go after we booked our home. We were able to make holiday dinner reservations, and plan out our stay in advance. The house is on a really cute and quiet street. There is no parking at the house but he gave us multiple locations nearby to park. With it being an older house, the stairs are steep and bedrooms are on upper levels. Not an issue for us, but something to be mindful of. Great hosts, great house!

I would highly recommend!!! The house needs a few minor repairs, but nothing that interrupted our comfort. The inside of the fridge and freezer needed to be cleaned and had a smell, but thats about it. Overall a lovely stay and the beds were comfy. Host was very professional and easy to communicate with. She was also accomodating.

This place is a real gem in the heart of Philly. Arriving was maybe the only time I felt an Airbnb was even better than the pictures. It was a super easy check-in process, the host was extremely responsive to us on all inquiries and requests, and it was spotless inside. The neighborhood is cute, convenient, and parking wasn't bad given how urban the area is. What set this place apart for me though was a few thoughtful details - creamer in the fridge, an extra charger, pack-and-play for the kiddo, and an easy check-in and check-out process. Plus a very responsive and accommodating host. Great experience for us, and a great home base for PAX unplugged!

This place is more than we expected. Extremely clean- well supplied- thoughtfully put together. Easy to love- cute backyard space with sitting area. Modern decor- and extras scattered throughout. Location can’t be beat, easy to park, and friendly neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay, Marie.

This townhome is really beautiful and was thoughtfully appointed. We loved the tub/shower upstairs- the tile and the natural light were so calming! It was like an unexpected private little bathhouse. We also found our bed and the linens to be very comfortable. It was very, very warm while we were in Philly, and the downstairs stayed incredibly cool, which we much appreciated. I know previous reviews mentioned light coming into the main bedroom from the park/field across the street, but there are curtains and blinds now, so we did not have any issues. Rafi and team were very communicative and helpful for any questions we had also, and we much appreciated the parking pass as well. And overall we loved the neighborhood , super cute and within walking distance to many delicious and cutie spots!

This is our second time staying at this location. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting Kennet square and longwood gardens! We hope to be able to continue the tradition next year!
