Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in. Bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is veryyyy clean. May be one of the cleanest bathrooms in an Airbnb I’ve ever seen. Also- Couldn’t thank James enough for his kindness. Made my stay in Philly very enjoyable!

Great host. Responded quickly about any issues I had. Neighbor is a little rough around the edges but being close to the met and the warehouse on Watts was great.

Originally we were suppose to stay at a different house that I booked with them but the day of check in about 2 hours before, we had to be moved to another house. Host was very responsive and communicated the no hot water issue with the first property. It was a bit inconvenient however we ended up enjoying our stay at the second property anyways. I liked that the first floor was very open, everything was clean and my favorite part of the house was the movie theater set up in the basement.

Very comfortable place. Clean and cozy. very family friendly. The kids loved it! Its Walking distance to the pier. Beautiful views of the water on the roof. All in all 5 stars. Thank you!

We were very comfortable at Gabriel’s place. We were traveling with our 9 month old son and having the pack and play, high chair and baby bath made the experience so much easier. The dishwasher and laundry were also really helpful. The bed is comfy and everything was very clean. I would recommend Gabriel’s place to others, especially if you have a baby or toddler.

Everything was exactly as described. It was great to be able to walk down to the river (less than 2 blocks) and along the waterfront. We were out & about in the city quite a bit and it was easy to either drive or take a Lyft. Nothing was further than about 10-15 minutes away. We found some great places to eat in Northern Liberties and Old City. The one negative was that the highway noise doesn't make the patio peaceful as a spot for morning coffee! (Still completely happy though - had it not rained, I probably would have used the patio anyway.) Having a dedicated off-street parking spot was very helpful.

Perfect location, clear check-in instructions & amenities were exactly as described. Clean and simple crash pad, very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to restaurants, stores, a park and Cooper River Park, where my son was participating in an event.

Host was easy to communicate with and responded to all questions quickly. The place looked just like the pictures, was clean, and , although parking was a bit difficult, felt safe and was convenient to downtown. This place is perfect for large groups. Each person in our group of 7 had their own bed ( and there were even additional cots in the closet space) and there were also plenty of bathrooms for us all.

Ania went above and beyond to accommodate my stay and that alone is worth 5 stars. Her place was immaculate, she was responsive and thorough in cleaning. I appreciate it again, Ania!

We had a wonderful stay. Any minor issues were addressed and corrected immediately. Perfect location if you need to be in both Newark and Wilmington.

Great stay at Hala's. The place was clean, spacious, and airy, and we felt right at home. Nice suburban location,, quick to the city and surrounding suburbs.

Jason’s place is wonderful! Great location, we love the greater Fishtown area! Easy to use parking spot and VERY well stocked Airbnb. Perfect if you have a longer stay, but we were only in town for 2 nights so always ate out. Also, was one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve seen in a while. Nothing smelled mildewy!!! Mattress is also really comfy.

One of most enjoyable Airbnb experiences. Johnathon was a wonderful host! He was very personable and genuinely kind. He was also very proactive checking in on us and quick to answer any messages. The space was as described and pictured. It was incredibly clean and the furniture and decor were well done, not the cheap furnishings you can find at many Airbnbs. We were short walks to a number of things to do as a family. Even the kids loved it... my daughter asked me to message the owner to tell him to make more units because it was awesome. They were easily able to pull out and setup the couch bed and got to watch TV or play the 3D tic-tac-toe provided firing the times we weren't out exploring.

Muslim is a great a host! I enjoyed my stay, safe neighborhood, wonderful lake, and it was peaceful. A great location, gym, restaurants, groceries stores, cinema, bars; all within 10-12 minutes’ drive of the location.

Pratt's place was great and looked just like the pictures. Very clean and confortable and felt just like home. Fresh flowers left on the dining table made us feel welcome. It was a nice touch. Supermarket and plenty of eateries near by and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The neighbors were extremely friendly and we would definitely visit again!

Fantastic place in a great location. Samantha was kind and flexible for our check in and out needs. Highly recommend her place!
