Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Delaware County

My husband and I visited Patty & Leam's for 4 nights and had a truly wonderful time! The view is absolutely stunning, and thanks to the low light pollution, we enjoyed some incredible stargazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking! We really appreciated all of Leam’s thoughtful recommendations—Kaaterskill Falls and horseback riding (e.g. shout out to Broken Spoke Stables!) were highlights of our trip. Breakfast was a delight—especially the amazing maple syrup and fresh farm eggs! We also loved our morning conversations, swapping stories and recipes. We felt genuinely at home and so well cared for throughout our stay. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you both so much! =)

We stayed in the Tavern Room and had a fantastic time! The room was lovely, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we had so much fun exploring the area. Our dogs enjoyed it just as much as we did. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time staying here. A cozy mountain weekend, with a perfect bluebird ski day… doesn’t get any better than that. Patti and Leam were extremely kind, responsive and welcoming. We loved getting to know them and hang with their sweet labs!

The bed and breakfast was just what we were looking for while booking a romantic weekend getaway... it did not disappoint! Waking up to homemade breakfast, amazing location for winter mountain fun and some really incredible restaurants just a few minutes away! We are already plotting our return.

Driving through the hills and then coming upon the property was very calming. Beautiful home with very quaint decor, we loved our stay. Breakfast included was an excellent benefit, and the guarding kitty was very sweet.

Ben and Cindy are a lovely couple and are very hospitable. Anything I needed, they accommodated. I will be staying here again. It is so close to my daughter's summer camp, I really can't beat the price or location convenience.

Heidi & Randy were lovely hosts - warm, sweet and friendly and the Art House matches up. The house was so cool and comfortable and our room was perfect and private. Will love to come back for more time at Bellayre and in the beautiful Catskills.

We had the most amazing stay at Starlight Lodge! ✨ The place is incredibly beautiful, our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was just delicious. The view from our room was breathtaking—truly the perfect spot to celebrate 20 years of marriage. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable! We can’t wait to come back, especially in the winter when it’s all covered in snow! ❄️

Heidi and Randy were extremely gracious hosts! We don’t typically stay in bed & breakfasts but were so glad we did, because we got to enjoy a full breakfast spread every morning and benefit from our host’s knowledge of the area. The Inn was just a few minutes’ drive from Belleayre Mountain for skiing, and we loved the cute coffee shop and dinner at the Print House just down the street. The Jane Austen room was spacious and comfortable, and there were even Valentines Day treats and a note waiting for us! Thank you so much - hope to be back soon.
