John's place is a gem at Seascape! Beautifully decorated, clean, ocean views, host left wine+snacks, hot tub on site, and everything one would need. Went for a birthday/mom's getaway weekend. Came back happy and relaxed!

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

We had an AWESOME stay!!! The condo and the location exceeded our expectations! The beds were SO comfortable and there was a lot of lounging space due to the comfy, large sectional couch (which had a fold out bed!) and cute patio space. We were pleased to see it was a back unit, so our view was nothing but nature! It definitely didn’t feel like we had neighbors. We appreciated all the perks, like beach towels and sand toys, toiletries and a book with local recommendations. We were also thrilled with the location. Walking distance from a great beach with STUNNING sunsets and just blocks from great restaurants. It was an absolute lovely weekend away. Thank you to Claire, the most helpful host, for all of the recommendations and amenities! We will be back!!!

I wanted a 420 place and I am so glad I found this gem. It was soo cute and I can't wait to come back! Only downfall for someone would be if you have a larger vehicle. Parking was a tad tight BUT that would'nt stop me I just know to rent the smaller car. The decor was soo cute and the kitchen was fully stock with items needed for cooking. Such a cute place!

The spa unit was perfect except it was not handicap accessible with the stairs going up to the unit. The jacuzzi spa was great and the fully stocked kitchen with mini fridge. The property manager was very accommodating for our stay even with the last minute construction needed in the unit. Thank you for having the work done days before our stay.

My family and I stayed here so that we could see the otters in Moss Landing. We chose this place because it was within budget, close by and looked nice. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The place was so nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, had everything you would need. The resort was beautiful. I kept waiting for a catch but nope, it was real. Amazing views overlooking the ocean a short walk away, a restaurant in the lobby, a pool, easy parking and no rowdiness, which I'm always worried about with littles and apartments or resorts. We were a reasonable car ride away from everything we wanted to see: Moss Landing, Monterey Bay, Point Lobos, Carmel. I would 100% stay here again.

The place was clean and neat, walking distance to beach and shops. Definitely recommend if you plan on visiting Aptos

Lovely place!

Very cute place to stay. Lots of amenities at the place. The pool and hot tub are very nice and clean. Great views of the outside. You could see the ocean from the room we stayed in if you stood by the edge of the balcony. Very close to Santa Cruz. Parking was included and both outside and garage parking are available. However, the outside parking spaces are very tight.

Great location and views from our unit! The front desk staff were more than accommodating and allowed for flexibility within checking in/out, which we greatly appreciated. The amenity of being able to call for a golf cart to get down to the beach and around the property was great, especially since we traveled with a toddler. Will definitely stay again.

Would family had an amazing time at Sean condo! It had amazing views, the house was extremely nice, and very clean. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Aptos!!

John's place was wonderful and perfect for my family and I. The house was like a home away from home and was very homey. There was all the necessary amenities available and we werent lacking in anything. John was very responsive and his instructions were clear for check in and check out, which was awesome! Our party consisted of 7 people and it was perfect for us and we were able to work with it really nicely. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a homey place and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

Our family had a wonderful, peaceful stay at the property, the pictures honestly didn’t do it justice! We were provided with plenty of space and great amenities, everything really exceeded my expectations. My husband and I stayed in the ADU above the garage, which had a full additional kitchen as well! The property is located on some very steep streets so, although it is definitely walkable to downtown and the beach, it is a bit of a hike to get back to the property. The trade off is that you are able to have incredible ocean views from the higher vantage point, so it wasn’t a drawback for us but might be difficult for some. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Place was as described. Not far from Monterey and Carmel by the Sea. I would say that the shared space area was adequate for 5 adults but would be hard with more people.

We had a wonderful stay. The whole team was super responsive and helpful when we needed support. So accommodating and flexible with our schedule and needs since we were traveling with a toddler. The house was gorgeous- peaceful and well planned. Every space was thought out and we found ourselves saying oh man I wish we were staying longer all the time. Can’t wait to come back- thanks for everything!

My girlfriend and I chose this home for our 3 year anniversary weekend getaway which was the best decision we’ve made! The home provided extensive amenities from self care items to the newest coffee machines and a relaxing hot tub experience. Thank you so much for the incredible memories!

We were in the Los Gatos area for a wedding and fortunately found Michael's home for our stay. We enjoyed a relaxing view from the deck, outdoor seating areas, and a sense of serenity. You might end up feeding the birds; there are many, and they are piggies! : ) What a joy to watch them! The kitchen was fully stocked, with lots of coffee for the coffee-drinking gang. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless and filled with every product you need. Michael was fabulous in his directions, instructions, and communication, and we'd gladly stay at his home again!

I always love to stay here. Great place. It’s my go-to home away from home when I travel to Salinas.
