Brite, warm, cozy and stylish apartment with wonderful view from the window and balcony. Well equipped. Very quiet. Very pleasant shower. Stable Internet, roofed private parking. Very friendly and helpful hostess excellent communication with her.

The communication with the host was friendly and useful. It was great to be able to wash clothes in the apartment. There is no A/C but closing the curtains during the day helped.

Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.

Very cozy and tasteful apartment where you feel comfortable. Well-equipped and clean. I'd love to come back. Car definitely recommended. The communication via email is quick and easy. A warm thank you to Claudia.

Everything worked out well, Adrian was very friendly and the apartment was just as you expect. You came in and felt right at home! Everything you need can also be found there! We stayed here in Bodenmais for about a week and felt very comfortable. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Arrival, stay and check-out were uncomplicated, very friendly and very pleasant. The ski resort on the Großer Arber is perfect for families. The area offers many excursion options for all ages. We will be happy to come back sometime.

The property is very spacious . Karin takes care of you immediately if you have a concern. All in all , we had a lovely time with her.

The name 'Paradise‘ fits very very well. We felt very, very comfortable in the small cottage from the beginning. If it snows outside and you sit in the cozy room by the oven and the fire crackles you are just happy and satisfied. We will be back! Maybe in the summer to explore the hiking trails extensively.

We stayed here for a weekend and I really highly recommend the house. The location is quiet and you have your privacy, at the same time you can walk directly from the house and take long walks in nature. We particularly liked the private sauna and hot tub, here you can switch off and enjoy. The outdoor area was also very nice, with pool and barbecue and large terrace. Since it was winter, however, we enjoyed it from the inside in front of the fireplace, which was also very cozy:) The house is very tastefully decorated and equipped with all necessary amenities. Also the equipment of the kitchen left nothing to be desired. Nicole was super friendly and helpful and always available. Particularly noteworthy are the flexible check-in and check-out times, so we never got into stress at any time. Overall, our stay at this place was an all-round positive experience.

We felt right at home as soon as we checked in. The home is extremely clean and well thought out. Loved the huge 86 inch TV. Love the neighborhood. The first restaurant is up the street. You can walk into town center in about 13 minutes. A walk through the woods is just 5 minutes away. There's 5 different grocery stores to choose from in town and 3 different churches to view and and the wellness resort is only 10 minutes away. My wife and I love it here and it's the best experience we've had.
