House vacation rentals in Deer Valley

Location location location ! Great place to stay! We spent three glorious weeks here in march - Park city got over 30 inches of snow. The skiing was incredible it takes only about 3 minutes to walk to the slopes (eagle or first time Lifts) you are at the base of Park city Mountain. There is a free bus that comes very often to town or deer valley or the base pick up in right in front of the condo. We loved the hot tub. It’s a short walk away, but it’s a heated pool hot tub for condo also game room and workout area and great sauna. The kitchen is well stocked. I loved the fireplace and the light that comes in and the high ceilings. The second bedroom is really a loft but very private. Loved having washer dryer. 2nd bedroom loft is upstairs has its own beautiful bathroom. But it’s open but very private. There is lots of space in this condo. I can’t say enough about this location and condo (three Kings condo) loved it!!

We all had a fantastic stay at Chelsea’s. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids…kids loved having their own bedroom and a movie room! Location can’t be beat, just a short walk to Apex lift…the house was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfty, the fireplace was a nice treat! Chelsea is a wonderful host, and when we landed way earlier than check in time, she let us check in way in advance! We recommend 1000%.

This place was great! We would definitely stay here again next time we come into town. Very close to the Canyons side, which we prefer, and close to Whole Foods, etc. There is public transport if you prefer but we chose to drive to the free parking lot at the Canyons. House was just as expected and added bonus that they had a hot tub after a long day on the slopes!

Great place. Spacious, clean, well appointed. Great stay at the Zermatt complex. We enjoyed it!

This was our 3rd time at Red Pine Condos. We love the location because it’s walkable to everything or you can get on the free transportation. These condos are a perfect size for 4 couples. Our trip was made even better though with our hostess, Katie! She was very responsive! A repair needed to be made over the weekend and it was done immediately, even when it was a weekend. Katie was flexible on our arrival time and allowed us to leave our bags early so we didn’t have to lug them around. This had to be one of our best experiences ever with an Airbnb. Great job!

This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay for our ski vacation!! Great location, lots of places to store ski gear, the kitchen was well stocked and I think we all agreed that the hot tub was the best part!!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was as advertised. CJ & Stephanie were very responsive and accommodating hosts. Nice neighborhood with walkable grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I gladly recommend these hosts, this property and would happily stay again.

We have been coming to Park City with our family every year for the past 10 years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. It was beautifully decorated, clean and the kitchen had every amenity for cooking —which we love to do. We have stayed at Three Kings before but this location—directly across from the pool and gym and right next to the bus stop into town—was the best by far. The house was gorgeous and very family friendly. We will definitely stay there again next year.

The bathtub was amazing. Would come back just for the tub! The rest of the house was very clean and comfortable, spacious and nice to have a private entrance and beautiful view.

This home was a great spot for our family visit. Close to skiing and easy access to SLC for restaurants, shopping or meeting friends. The house was clean and generally well equipped for our visit: Modern kitchen and laundry, Comfy beds and clean baths. Good parking for cars in the driveway. We weren’t able to use the outdoor space in the winter weather, but there seems to be a nice private patio. We’d stay again.

A quick but lovely getaway in beautiful PC. Mark’s guidebook was full of helpful info about the area. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy, the library was so warm and cozy to sit and read a book. The hot tub was amazing. Walking to Main Street is so convenient. We will be back, thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your perfect home!

I loved this air bnb! It was perfect for walking to town and to the transit with ski gear. I would 10/10 stay here again. The amenities were really nice, kitchen was beautiful. The host was also responsive and quick! Thanks again for a great stay. We would love to come back, park city and deer valley was amazing.

Gorgeous little house that mixed modern decor with early twentieth century charm! The kitchen was straight out of a magazine, the downstairs suite was amazing, and the sauna was so relaxing! The beds were soooooo comfy! We loved our stay and will definitely recommend this Airbnb to friends and family!

Beautiful space and so spacious! Plenty of room for people to gather with effectively 3 living rooms. Very clean and well-appointed. The neighborhood it’s in is residential only - not much to walk to - but a very nice view when taking daily walks. Drive into Park City was very fast.

Another great trip to Park City and to 1196 Empire Ave. My wife and I along with our 3 kids have stayed there now 3-4 times. We keep coming back for the great location and outstanding service from Ken. The house itself is ideal for anyone looking to be convenient to both the PC mountain base area and old town Park City. 5 minute walks in both cases. Ken always ensure the place is spotless on check in, and he is always available to help with any issues or requests. Top location, great host and great skiing to boot.

The area was absolutely beautiful. We had snow the first evening that we got their. Having the fireplace was an added bonus. Everything was maintained well and she answered our call when we had a questions. The price was excellent for an entire house.

We had a fabulous stay at Justin’s place. The house is spacious, bright and tastefully decorated. The kitchen layout is perfect for groups and very well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Location is perfect for getting to the mountains for skiing. Justin was very communicative during the whole stay and responded to any questions very quickly. Highly recommend this place! We will be back!

Teri's place was absolutely amazing! Perfectly located for canyon access for skiing. The whole place was very comfortable, plenty of space for working and hanging out. Really well-stocked, modern kitchen with all the equipment you could need.

The owner/manager showed us around the house upon arrival and even gave us a tutorial on the fancy espresso machine! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including basic seasonings. We had such a great time in the lodge, we found it hard to peel ourselves away to go to the mountain. Truly unbeatable!
