We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. We have a pool (not heated) and hot tub. No parties allowed.

Our garage apartment is on a quiet street in the beautiful neighborhood of Garden Oaks, just north of the Heights. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and parks. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from NRG park and the Medical Center. You’ll love my place because it is brand new (built in 2015), clean, there is plenty of natural light and it has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. This is an ideal location for couples or business travelers.

Early morning or late evening, if you love fishing, unfortunately Hurricane Beryl destroyed our pier but the love of fishing continues along our banks. Prefer swimming then check out the pool all while looking at the ships sailing along the Ship Channel which is a great sight! The pelicans flying overhead lets you know you are at the heart of the Galveston coastline! Experience an amazing coastal sight!
