Vacation rentals with a patio in Deep River

This place looked exactly like the pictures and even though there was someone in the house portion while we stayed there you could barely hear them. It was super clean and I loved the area lots to do within 5 minutes of the place. Super easy check in as well. If i’m ever back in the area I will make sure to check if this is available first!

Most of my family no longer lives in Connecticut. We gathered to celebrate my mother's 95th birthday. This lovely 2nd floor apartment was a short drive to my niece's home, which is also in Morris Cover. Love this neighbor. The apart was exactly as described. It's well appointed, the beds are very comfortable and it's immaculately clean. Will definitely return next time in in the area.

My wife and I stayed here for a full week in December 2024 and this place is very clean, warm and cozy and is exactly as described. Sue was also very attentive to ensure we had everything we needed and parking in the garage was a big plus. I would highly recommend staying here. Mike & Nikki

Our short stay at this New Haven home was perfect. The shower was the reason I chose this Airbnb and it did not disappoint! Everything was clean and the place was spacious.

We thoroughly enjoyed the clean and comfortable accommodations, and Michael was proactive and responsive when communicating. Instructions were very clear and it was very nice. The only quirky thing was that bedroom 3 was upstairs and you had to go outside the locked space into the shared stairwell (with downstairs tenants) to go up to it. The only bathroom is on the main floor, so in order to allow those upstairs to be able to quickly and easily access the bathroom at night we decided not to lock the kitchen/back entrance leaving it unsecured overnight. If the door with lock to the unit could be repositioned so the upstairs bedroom was behind the lock, that would give peace of mind and easy bathroom access at night… Will consider staying again. On the whole we enjoyed ourselves, and the AC stood up to the heat and humidity, yay!

We're a family 4 and visited Hartford for 7 days. There were 2 young adults and 2 grown adults sharing this space. Our stay was restful, peaceful, and relaxing. For those that choose to stay, remember Hartford is a city. There will be city noise: neighbors talking, cars driving by, and a few fire sirens. The house is well-insulated and none of these city sounds were disturbing to us. There is spacious parking in the rear of the home. There are multiple flights up to the unit. Amiditally, we were a little breathless on day 1. By day 3, we were whizzing up the stairs. The inside was neat clean, cozy and comfortable. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience! We were minutes away from shopping, dinning, and the highway. The hosts were easily accessible for questions. This place is definitely a home away from home. We will certainly stay again!

Vanessa’s place was perfect for a long weekend getaway with our dog. Very cute and comfortable place. Walking distance from restaurants.

This was a truly beautiful home that was perfect for our week along the coast of Connecticut. The home was impeccably clean and setup with an amazing bathroom and kitchen. Set in a peaceful area north of Niantic, it was a perfect place for my family and I to head out to many coastal adventures. We had close access to Mystic and New Haven with a short road trip to Newport. Jason and Colleen were wonderful hosts and have setup their place amazingly easy to get in and utilize. From the available bikes in the basement to the games my kids quickly found to play, this was a perfect place for us this week. Highly recommend to others looking for a great CT coastline getaway!

Excellent home would rent it again and again very nice host

Both Ashley and Denise were incredibly responsive, typically within minutes. The space was better than described, perfect for our family gathering. Lots of open space as well as private areas within the home. Quite comfortable and appointed nicely. We all sat at the dinner table comfortably , also would like to add there was no lack of cookware & utensils ( have found that to be a nuisance in other rentals) . There was a nice crafting area / or eating area that did not invade with the flow of the house. The Christmas crafts were a hit ! Not only did they put a lot of thought into our stay they had their home prepared well for small children. (Thank you for the little extras) Very nice walking trail loop that is cleared and somewhat easy to walk with children. This place is quite private , I would recommend it for sure , we will be staying again.

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

Nadine’s place is a great location, lots of food options and a great roastery/brewery nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. We felt at home and it was a great place to use as home base for our adventures!

This is exactly what I needed to escape for the weekend. Beautiful place. It was quiet. Everything was close and near by. Alex was super responsive and attentive. The place was very well kept and clean. Definitely will come back.

The house is on a busy road but is set back from the road and is a peaceful atmosphere. Mari was wonderful with communication and flexible with early check in. Excellent experience and I will stay here everytime I am in town.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It was quiet, tranquil, and restorative to us after a very busy work summer. Everything was as advertised on the site's page and the pictures are accurate. Our host, Rita, was very prompt in replying to us via the Airbnb messaging system.

This is a gem! Very modern furnishings and fantastic location close to Mohegan Sun and Mystic. The villa is a perfect setup for couple, friends or family since it’s 2 level. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. This is my new favorite place in CT.

We had a pleasant stay at Nick’s place. The unit was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the water & restaurants in walking distance. Check-in was very easy and Nick was always responsive.

Excellent place to spend a week visiting family and friends in Middletown, Berlin and New Britain. great communication, very clean, lots of amenities and flexible too! Easy access, convenient laundry, a perfect home away from home.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

We had a fantastic stay- a perfectly peaceful little gem. Christina was super responsive and went above and beyond especially when we forgot some items. She was quick to let us know and super flexible to help us reconnect with our forgotten bags. We highly recommend staying here, and plan to be back next time we’re in town.

Krista's cute cozy villa was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with a girls weekend! The location was perfect, super close to casinos and the most delicious Peruvian restaurant recommended by our host. The Norwich Inn grounds were really pretty and the spa services were a perfect way to end the trip. I really appreciated how responsive Krista was and she even got me my preferred milk and left me a little treat for my birthday :) The bed was so cozy! I would definitely love to stay here again.

This was our second time at this Airbnb and it felt like coming back home. The little villa had everything we needed for our four week stay and was very well stocked. The host provided plenty of paper towels, TP, coffee, hangers, etc. The surroundings are beautiful and this year’s fall colors were truly spectacular. We spent quite some time walking through the very well maintained complex of the villas and picked up our fruits and vegetables next door (walking distance) at the farm store. The hot tub, sauna and heated pool, which are very close to the villa are an absolute plus. The host is absolutely delightful; very responsive and kind. We hope to return next year.
