Vacation rentals with a patio in Dededo

I stayed at Nicole’s properties for about a year. Her places were always the most comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to everything! Never had issues with neighbors or parking, everything was great.

My family & I felt right at home! The apartment had a lot of amenities, not to mention how clean & spacious it was! The host was also very responsive and was very understanding of my request to check in early! The only thing was that the place was on the 3rd floor so you’re gonna have to bring your luggages up and down the stairs 😅… Nonetheless, def a 10/10 - would recommend 👍🏽

It's as clean and beautifully organized as the photos: -) I had a really good stay for a month without any inconvenience! There were many grocery stores and restaurants nearby, so it was really nice. I'll definitely visit again next time I come for a long time: -)

Great place to stay while on business trip. Close enough to many restaurants and shops. Other tenants were friendly. Would stay again if I have to return

It was so nice to stay there during our family vacation. Really clean and cozy house:) Very close to the main street that has several shopping center and Tumon beach!

The sea and downtown were close, and we had a very pleasant time.The shower is weak and it is difficult to get hot water.It gets a little warm when you use it for a while.The rooms were tidy and clean.The children's toys were also appreciated.

My wife and I ended up needing a room last minute for Thanksgiving after another airbnb fell through and found ourselves at Brian & Jenny's place for a night. The pictures don't do this place justice honestly. Everything was so much better than the local hotels. We ate Thanksgiving dinner with my wife's family and then ended up having a second dinner at the host's house...we felt like hobbits with the second dinner. This was by far hands down the best air bnb experience we had ever had. They dropped us off at the airport at 4 am the next day. Who does that anymore? Just an amazing host and an amazing place to stay. We will be staying here when we come back out again.

We really did enjoy staying at her home about 5-6 minutes from the beach it was very convenient to the beaches especially since we did beach days almost everyday of our trip there. My kids enjoyed the fact that the local kids would hangout in front of the place we lived and because we had kiddos they talked and played a little. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

My family and I had a great 8 days stay at this Airbnb. It had everything we needed to cook meals and there was a laundry area, which came in handy especially if you've got wet clothes from swimming at the beaches near by. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and malls. A big plus was our host, Asia, was very quick to respond to all my queries. She really went above and beyond to cater to my family's needs. I definitely recommend this place and Asia as a host (I think she has several other listings to choose from). Thanks so much again, Asia!
