Vacation rentals with a balcony in Decentralized Administration of Crete

This place is wonderful. It is a collection of a few traditional villas which have been beautifully renovated and decorated. Konstantinos offered us a slightly larger villa (Diktamos) which was decorated in the same style and furniture. The villa has everything you need, lovely welcome items, comfortable bed, amazing shower. There is a little mini market on site too open 24/7 for drinks or anything else you might need. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and you can see all the way to the sea. Small quiet village with a GREAT taverna, and lots of other places to eat in nearby villages (by car). It is a very windy road up the hill to reach the village but definitely worth it!!!! Remote and peaceful yet close enough to the coast and city that we could enjoy the Chania region. I definitely recommend.

We have just spent 3 nights at Envangelous apartment. We cannot rate this highly enough.. Costas with whom we liaised is charming, an example for all air bnb hosts. He met us at a privately provided and secure parking spot, and escorted us into the old town. He personally introduced us to the duplex apartment which is spacious ( has 2 bathrooms) and stylishly renovated in the heart of the old town. Located in a pedestrian eating zone, one is spoiled for dining choice. We breakfasted on our sunny balcony. Excellent insulation and air con ensured a good nights sleep. Recommended without reservation!

Lovely top floor unit with a huge balcony and spacious balcony that has views to the North and East. The bed is soft and A/C unit is quiet at night should you need it, but we were surprised how cool the apartment kept despite being 4 floors up. The living room is spacious with a lovely view of the sea and a decent kitchen set-up. The bathroom might not be for everyone as the shower is small and not completely enclosed, but it was not problem for us. Giorgios kindly left us a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine and he allowed us to check-in early, which was a big help for our schedule.

Fantastic space and location. Stavros was a fabulous host. He was there when we arrived and provided us with great instructions, information about the neighborhood and details about the island. The home was just perfect for our family of 10 with comfortable accommodations and provided needed privacy since It’s 3 floors. Location was less than a minute walk to the beach. Even though we visited numerous other beaches we loved the one closest to the house the best. Plenty or restaurants, markets and things to do nearby. The kids loved the pool at the house and the adults loved the spaciousness and the decor and cleanliness of the property. Stavros and the home had everything one may need. From kitchenware to great air conditioning to comfortable new beds and balconies off of each room, along with beach towels. It was the perfect home for us. The kids cried when we left and the adults want to return. The house was actually the highlight of our trip to Chania. Well done!

Great place, all the facilities were great and the location has everything you need

Everything was perfect. we stayed there for 10 days, the apartment was clean and it had everything we needed. Georgios was very helpful from giving us everything we need to answering every question. this is the perfect place to stay

The apartment was ideally located, very close to the beach and restaurants, but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. Plenty of space for a couple and a small child. The outdoor terrace has a good view of the sea. Magdalena was the perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport and quickly responded to any questions we had. We basically had a very good time and will hopefully return in the future.

We had a lovely time and enjoyed the space and views. Perfect for remote working and also relaxing with a beautiful sea view. We stayed at the end of season so the area was very quiet, with a nice walk to old town and restaurants. A few cafes closer by. Friendly host and a clean home. Perfect for exploring Chania.

I really enjoyed the property and the hosts of Bella Vista. The hosts, especially Evi, have their heart in the right place and have tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They were always available and gave me tips for things to do and restaurants. All Bella Vista homes are unique and a reflection of Crete's culture. I especially found my place to be breathtaking. The room was very nicely decorated and I had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the sea. I highly recommend the place and especially the hosts. You feel comfortable from the beginning.
