Vacation rentals with a balcony in Greece

We spent one week in Athens at this apartment. The area is lively and very close to the subway, restaurants, bars and there is a park on the hill, which only takes around 20 minutes by foot. From there, you have a marvelous view to the sea on one side and the acropolis on the other. Athens is a great city anyways and spending some time in this area was perfect for our visit. The communication was very friendly and super easy going, helpful and flexible.

A highly recommended apartment. The host was always available and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment was super tidy, clean and with everything we needed for our stay. You have to wait about 30 minutes before using the shower, which can be a bit uncomfortable, but the rest was excellent.

We loved the house. Our host responded quickly to all our requests. And gave extra support. The kitchen and bathroom are quite enough . Very central neighbourhood. In a convenient spot for all kinds of shopping. Bright and warm.

Staying at Penny's was just great. It ticked all the boxes for a really satisfying stay: perfectly clean, nice treats to make us feel welcome, fantastic location and Penny was a great communicator. The space is well designed and has what you need for a relaxing stay. Definitely recommend this gem so close to the Acropolis Museum and Plaka. The area (Koukaki) is walkable and felt safe at night - close to the metro for easy access anywhere you want to go.

It’s a very well connected place and our host was very communicative! The neighborhood is not super touristy but not far from area connected to acropolis. We enjoy our stay a lot!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Kolonaki. It is exactly as on the pictures and is the best equipped rental apartment we have ever stayed in. Kolonaki is a very nice and safe neighbourhood, close enough to be able to walk to all major sights. Communication with Regina is effortless. She showed us great cooperation when we ran into a medical emergency, because of which we were unable to continue our sightseeing. We will come back to Athens to visit those sights and hope that the apartment will be available when we do. Thank you Regina!

The apartment is huge and very comfortable for big groups. Its super clean and neat, free of clutter. Apo and Irene helped us with an early check-in since our flight arrived super early in the morning. They are quick to respond and very sweet. The location is great, short peaceful walk away from the center. I would recommend their place very much.

The location of this apartment is perfect! We could visit almost every major historic place by walking, and everything in the apartment is as described as listing, especially the view you get from the balcony is amazing! Would definitely stay here again when we visit Athens!

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

Evi was a very friendly, kind and generous host. One of the very best I have encountered. She provided a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We were able to sample some of her local produce as well which was such a nice surprise. She lives upstairs and is always there to help provide anything you might need.

Beautiful place, nice rooms and bathrooms! Good location for the beach and alnear some nice cafes and restaurants. Old town is easily accessible by drive. Manos was super helpful from start to end, even helping us wash our clothes as the washing machine was not working. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Anna and her team were spectacular. They always responded to all of our questions quickly. They were helpful with anything we needed. The Airbnb was exactly what you would picture Greece to be. We have just spent 3 nights at Envangelous apartment. We cannot rate this highly enough.. Costas with whom we liaised is charming, an example for all air bnb hosts. He met us at a privately provided and secure parking spot, and escorted us into the old town. He personally introduced us to the duplex apartment which is spacious ( has 2 bathrooms) and stylishly renovated in the heart of the old town. Located in a pedestrian eating zone, one is spoiled for dining choice. We breakfasted on our sunny balcony. Excellent insulation and air con ensured a good nights sleep. Recommended without reservation!

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

We had an incredible stay at Tonia's and Vardis' lovely home, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to live in an intimate street close to the sea, many restaurants, and shops! Thanks Tonia for everything!

Excellent location, full of restaurants, bars and close to everywhere. The big advantage that is not as noisy as Psirri but gives value for recreation in a traditional and very kind local way. It is important that there is a supermarket close by, cafes, gyros excellent bakeries and excellent pastry shops and more.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Great location with lot of restaurants and cafes around. City downtown and Acropolis are in walking distance. Super responsive host.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and great view of the acropolis. The hosts were most attentive hosts I have ever experienced and that made the stay so much better. A lot of places for food and groceries were within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

The home is just as described. We especially liked the great terraces and the great design of the accommodation. Within 25 minutes walk you are in the center, but there is also a variety of great restaurants in the neighborhood.

We had a lovely couple of days. Dimitris met us on arrival (after 11pm). It was fantastic having a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival especially so late at night. He was so god in providing us with additional information/ places to eat for my birthday & directions / tips for the football. 100% would recommend this accommodation.
