Craig and Julia's place is the cleanest, best furnished and best equipped Airbnb I've stayed in! The living room and kitchen are really roomy and the bank of windows across the living room let in wonderful light and a lovely view across the water from the second floor. Quiet and comfortable, easy check-in and check-out, responsive hosts--would definitely stay again!

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

Wonderful experience! Short walk to the ocean, enough space, and well-equipped kitchen. Our family get-together was perfect. Would go back in a minute!! 10-20 stars at least!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is the perfect location for a small group or family gathering. I wouldn’t say it’s for young children, but our kids are grown and it was perfect for the five of us. Easy access to Salem, Boston, or the lower end of New Hampshire. We walked to local restaurants for breakfast and dinner/drinks. Access to the train is within walking distance and a quick day-trip to Boston was easily achieved. Linda had the house well-equipped so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything but maybe unusual favorites. Highly-recommended!

Wish I would have stayed in area to enjoy it more, as it is a PERFECT location with so many things to walk to. It’s about an hour to Salem (where we went) and a few hours to Maine (we did another day) so it worked for us as a home base. Definitely will look at coming back just for this area to thoroughly enjoy. Smaller place, but was perfect for us 3 BFF’s for a long weekend getaway!!! Clean and cozy! There are no words to fully capture how perfect Hayley's Seaside Cottage is and how great of a host she is as well. The house has everything you need, it's meticulous and so cozy. The fenced in yard was a great bonus and while the house is surrounded by tall houses you never notice and it feels so private. You can't beat the location. We walked into town and took in all the beautiful sights. Quick drive to downtown Salem as well. As a host, Hayley was top notch, probably one of the best I've had on AirBNB. So responsive, helpful, and kind. We were traveling for my pup's birthday and to see family in the area - she even left Queenie Bea a special birthday treat. I can't recommend the Seaside Cottage enough! Just book it! Thank you Hayley! We can't wait to come back!

Great location, close by to the beach and right at the beginning of all the shops and food. We will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Great place to stay with an awesome view of the beach right from the balcony. This is where every morning we would have our coffee to plan out our day and every evening sit back with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the ocean. The accommodations were good, the place was clean and had all the things to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

We enjoyed our short stay at Doug’s place. At a relaxing night and had everything we needed. Would definitely go back again!

We spent the week with our 3 kids at Thiffany’s place. It was easy to go to the beach by walk and we were not far from the board walk. It was a very calm place and it was very clean. We had everything we need for our vacation! Thank you Thiffany.

This was my first time using Airbnb and I have to say, amazing! Carol and John’s place was exactly what we needed for a quiet and peaceful weekend getaway. We were able to stargaze from the hot tub, cook a great dinner in the kitchen which had everything we needed, enjoy a comfortable and cozy night in watching movies while also having easy access to the train to go right into Boston. Carol was the best! Making sure we were comfortable and having everything we needed. We would definitely recommend to our friends and stay here again!

We rented the whole house (two listings) and I posted a glowing review in the Jr section before remembering I’d need to do a separate review for upstairs and downstairs. It’s all beautiful! Best seat in the house is upstairs living area off the master suite. Full moon over the ocean! Taylor is a gracious host.

We stayed for our honeymoon. Not only was the place so convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, but Darryl was so kind, easy to communicate with, and overall the best AirBNB experience we have had! Will definitely recommend and will also be back!

We were only there for a couple of days, but it was a great place to stay. The views from inside were spectacular, a real advantage as it rained much of one day. We did have some rain free time and were able to walk on the path as well as on the sand. We arrived at high tide and were amazed at how much sandy beach appeared when the tide went out. Communication and instructions were excellent. We hope to get back there.

This was a cozy little place walkable to all the restaurants on the main strip in Hampton. Very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. Will return!

Absolutely beautiful location. The stay was great. Had a small hiccup grtting the code, but they all worked great to make sure we could get inside. I'd love to make it back one day! The beach is 30 seconds down the road. It's quiet and peaceful all the time. Too cold in oct for the water but was on the beach every day and so secluded with no one around on it. Home had plenty of space.

Stunning location! Loved that we didn't need to adjust the tires to drive to the ocean-front property! Great for rental vehicle! Truly unique, quiet, calm getaway... Heaven on Earth!

Marco’s spot was a nice stopping point for us between Cape Cod and Portland. Comfy, had what we needed. Really close walk to a nice beach, we went there twice. Marco was great to talk to and recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby - had a delicious dinner there. We really liked the vibe of the area.

This property is a great place for families to enjoy if they want to enjoy the Jenness Beach area. Clean & comfortable and just right in size for a cottage type stay.
